Firstly I would like to congratulate them on the first class service they provide their customers from the minute you pick up the telephone to the minute you come home again!!
We stayed at Villa Paulina Costa Teguise over New Year and have booked again to go back.
The villa exceeded all expectations, the views were amazing, accommodation was spotless and so well equipped.
Premier holidays had arranged transfer to and from the airport. We were met at the airport by extremely friendly team whom took us to our taxi then drove us to our villa, same when it was time to go home
On arrival we were met by an extremely helpful manager, welcome pack and a fabulous villa.

I am just writing to say that we have just returned from our holiday and I would like to write and thank you for a wonderful time. From the initial booking we were kept well advised. Details of villa and key location were great and luckily the villa was ready when we arrived earlier than take over time. The actual villa contained everything you could possibly need, want and dream of and was extremely clean and very homely. The pool was fantastic and was as warm as a bath. As we were there for 10 days the pool was cleaned twice and the laundry once.
We had a brilliant holiday and we will certainly use this villa again.

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely holiday in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen, in the Villa Mirador. From booking the holiday - when the staff at Premier Holidays were most helpful, to arrival at the villa - the transfer company were very obliging and punctual; to the beautfiful Villa Mirador, which was a pleasure to stay in - very well kept, clean, and a credit to its owners.
On our last day we realised we had to leave the Villa at 10am, and as the taxi was not collecting us till 2pm, we rang Premier's agents and were told not to worry we could stay at the Villa till our transport to the airport arrived. This was much appreciated and saved us dragging cases around in the tropical sun (well into the 30 degrees!). The cleaners did call in to clean the Villa, but were well informed of our arrangements and were very pleasant with us. The pool was kept nice and clean by the maintenance staff also.
All in all, a fantastic holiday. We have stayed in the Villa Baccus six years previously, which we thoroughly enjoyed, so to discover that the standards of the Villas/Management Company were still as good, was a pleasant surprise.

Myself and 5 friends have just returned from a week stay at Casa Gillian in Guia. I just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know what a fabulous holiday we had and what a great little Villa this is.
On arrival at Casa Gillian we were greeted with a lovely, spacious, clean villa, a nice welcome pack, excellent facilities and a brilliant pool area.
We were pleasantly surprised as we had two maid visits and change of towels within the week, which was great. All our party would stay here again as it was such a great little place. Please pass on my thanks to the owners, this villa is definitely worth 5 out of 5!

Our extended family stayed in this superb villa over Christmas 2011. It was perfect for a family with young children as the pool area is gated and safe. The views are amazing and the accommodation spotless and very well equipped. The rooms were spacious and with such a large group we didn't feel on top of each other. I would highly recommend this location which is private and yet within a short drive from everything. The owner was so nice and helpful and made our stay very memorable with lovely Christmas decorations and a welcome gift on arrival.

The maid responsible for the villa came by the second morning to check that all was well, which was a lovely touch.

The house Can Bornat was truly fantastic everything about it was perfect, lovely views down over Cala Vadella beach and the sea beyond. The bedrooms had the most fantastic views ,something uplifting to wake up and see in the morning. All of this and just 3mins to the beach restaurants and shops.
Ibiza is a very beautiful island, we were there for 7days attending a family wedding which was held just over the hill in Villa Alexia another truly fab place warm and sunny the whole time. The rest of our party of 7 also fell in love with Can Bornat we will all remember it. One last person i must thank is Nieves your manager out there a real GEM,easy to contact and for getting things done. She drove us to the house gave us all the info we needed and also booked the taxi for our return to the airport she is one of the best i have seen in 40yrs of tavelling Thanks again a pleasure dealing with a company that delivers. Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed the week in Casita Bouganvilla in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. The accommodation was absolutely lovely, spotless and very spacious for 3 adults. Fantastic to have 2 good sized bathrooms so no queues for the shower! Also as we arrived pretty late in the evening we really appreciated the 5 litre bottle of water in fridge!
Location was perfect - literally 1 min from the beach with superb views from the balcony and a welcome shady terrace downstairs for when temperatures got TOO hot.
All in all a gorgeous place which I would definitely recommend to all (we are already planning our return visit!)

I don't usually use an agent to hire a villa but this firm were fantastic. I had an online chat initially and the agent met my brief perfectly. There was no pushy sales banter and they really know their product. Courteous and efficient, I will definitely use your services again The villa was in lovely condition and not like a hoiliday let at all. We really liked the position too which offered complete privacy but was perfectly placed to explore if u wanted too. If you aren't very adventurous you can just nip to the great well stocked supermarket. We have 3 kids 9, 12 and 15 and they thought the pool was great!

Would just like to thank you for a wonderful holiday in Villa de la Luz, Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, weather excellent for the two weeks we stayed here, the pool was a little too warm could of done with it a few degrees lower. Villa had 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with separate laundry room. Large lounge area with TV and 3 x double sofas to laze around on, raised dining area. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The beach was only 5 mins walk. Shops and restaurants 3 mins walk. We hired a car and visted Titty Trollops in Puerto Del Carment, the marina in Puerto Callero, Waterpark in Costa Teguise, Go-Karting in San Bartolome and one in Puerto del Carmen, Papagayo Beach near Playa Blanca and also drove to the north side of the island to Famara Beach. We had a fab fortnight and would recommend this villa. We can't wait to go back. ps. Andy was very helpful and visited a couple times per week to clean pool and check we were ok.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday and a lot of it was down to the villa. Since we have two small children we spent a lot of time "at home", so it was valuable for us to have a house in such good condition and being able to sit out in the evenings listening to the sea whilst knowing the children were securely tucked up in bed. Everything you said was correct - that the villa looked as shown on the website, the cot and highchair we had ordered as extra were there when we arrived and in good conditione condition. The view was absolutely fantastic!! But also that the villa was nicely furnished and in very good condition.
We would happily come back year after year!

Thank you for helping me to organise our stay in Fuerteventura. The villa was superb. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with amble space and a pleasure to stay in. The entire area within the complex was always well kept and secure. The staff (Pascal etc) were a pleasure to deal with, from organising taxi's, to cleaning the villa and the pool, while also delivery the odd order of food from the restaurant, you only ever had to ask once and it was done, without ever invading on our privacy.
After arriving at the villa quite late due to flight times, it was a lovely touch to have water, juice and milk in the fridge, and some tea, coffee and biscuits beside the kettle. And on the day that we had to leave, Pascal and staff organised for us to have a late check out, which was very much appreciated as our flight home was quite late.
All the members of the party that travelled have nothing but good reports about the villa, the complex and the staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending it and I also hope to be able to stay there again myself.

We were a mixed family party ages ranging from 60 down to 2 and it met everything we could have hoped for. It was close enough to Puerto Del Carmen and far enough away from neighbours that we would not cause them any problems with noise etc etc. The amount of space in the villa was superb and the pool was just amazingly suitable for teenage kids and also our 2 little toddlers. It was good to have a pool where almost the whole pool was within standing depth ( not much good for diving but great for everything else especially games and pool fun). Loved it! Plenty bathrooms and showers meant there was never any problems with people queuing to get themselves ready.
Patrick, the owner was extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was too much bother, we accidentally broke a couple of glasses and he was ever so laid back and unconcerned. Patrick also checked the pools chemical levels almost everyday so we were confident that the water was always safe for all to use. I cannot praise Patrick highly enough and he certainly played his part in us enjoying our stay at his villa. I would also like to say thanks to all at Premier Hoildays and would happily book with you sometime in the future. Thank you all. Everthing about your service seemed to be just as it should be so nothing stands out but thats how it should be I think.

“We've just come back from a week on the beautiful island of Gozo.We stayed in a farmhouse in a little village called Xaghra,in the north of the island.The farmhouse,CASA PATRINA,was delightful,with 3 large bedrooms,a good sized pool beautifully lit at night and surrounded by a very private sun-terrace,with some shady areas for when the heat got too much ( which it sometimes did,even in June) and an interior of stone and slate and cast-iron..loads of character.Add to this the fact that it was situated within a very short drive ( or very long walk,but only on a cool day if you don't want to die of heat exhaustion) of two sandy beaches..a rare thing on Gozo..we couldn't have found a better bargain.
The nearest beach,Ramla Bay,was well equipped for the tourist with sun lounger and umbrella rental ( the lads renting them out are competitive and will undercut eachother.We got two loungers and an umbrella for 4 euros!) bouncy castles for the kids and pedelos for hire.There are two beach cafes which serve surprisingly good food. Gozo is very rural with small towns and villages dotted around the countyside.Every village has an impressive church,way out of proportion to the size of the village,but religious symbols and icons are very important to them. A boat trip around the island is a worthwhile excursion as it lasts around six hours and costs 30 euros with lunch included. On our trip we went right round the island with several stops for swimming and snorkling and a little diversion to the island of Comino and the Blue Lagoon. The staff at Zafira restaurant in Xlendi were fantastic..attentive and pleasant.

The villa was excellent quality and fantastic value for money. t was more spacious than it looked in the pictures. It was very private. It had great views. The terrace got the sun for most of the day. It was a short walk to town, and very close to supermarkets etc, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet during the day. The staff in the UK were very quick to help and made all of the necessary arrangements - transfers, delayed departure etc.
The staff in Lanzarote were very responsive, knew a lot about the villa and very very happy to help. When the rear door broke, someone came to fix it within 30 minutes of the phone call to report the problem.

The villa was so peaceful for the entire holiday. We know the area very well and access to Cleopatra is very easy, with the completion of the motorway through Limassol, it is now only 2 hours drive from Larnaca airport.
This is the third year I have booked with Premier, I have never been disappointed. The standard of accommodation offered is wonderful, it makes for a very relaxing holiday, which after all is what we are trying to achieve.

I loved the view. The patio was absolutely gorgeous, I loved having the BBQ there. I loved the flowers etc around the complex. I liked the fact that the pool was regularly maintained. The whole feel of the villa was bright, modern and airy and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked which was a great convenience. I've already emailed to say, that I thought the level of customer service was excellent. The website was great and everyone I dealt with from Premier Holidays was polite and friendly, I was extremely impressed.
Even when we arrived, I thought the welcome text was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks! I was a bit apprehensive about using a new holiday company and going to a villa that I'd never actually seen, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the villa was so clean, comfortable and modern.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic holiday at Villa Patricia in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We took my mother, 2 nephews and my sister-in-law with us and they had a fantastic time. When we decided to take everyone, we were a bit concerned that we'd not be able to relax ourselves, but this was not the case. Everything from the pick-up at the airport, our arrival, our stay and drop-off at the airport on return, went without a hitch. I would like to comment on how wonderful the cleaning team were, because we arrived early and they were just finishing off, but they gave us a warm welcome, gave us all ice lollies and spent time telling us about life in Playa Blanca. Each time the cleaning team visited, they asked how we were enjoying ourselves and if they could help in anyway, brilliant!! Finally, we have been taking holidays in Playa Blanca for the last 6 years and this was the first time we have booked through Premier, now we don't see any reason to go with anyone else!

What can we say? The villa was beautiful. Everything we could have hoped for. The finishing touches i.e. flowers around the villa, towels made up as animals on beds, water, tea, milk, coffee etc made for a really warm welcome. The cleaning was good and the staff were very pleasant. Only one complaint - we had to come home! Many thanks for making our holiday. Premier are definitely to be recommended.

Fantastic holiday! Seven of us have just returned from Fuerteventura, staying at Villas Marquesas which was brilliant. We had an absolutely amazing holiday and a lot of it was down to the villa. Since we have two small children we spent a lot of time "at home", so it was valuable for us to have a house in such good condition and being able to sit out in the evenings listening to the sea whilst knowing the children were securely tucked up in bed.
We would happily come back year after year!
