The Gulf Coast of Florida is an almost secret destination; far removed from the action and bright lights surrounding Orlando and the central Florida's theme parks. The Gulf Coast offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy some of the world's finest beaches lapped by warm and clear ocean waters; beautiful, sophisticated Florida resorts where sport and leisure, the arts and fine dining hold most visitors' attention. Many of our clients now combine a few days in Orlando "for the children" with a longer stay beside the beautiful beaches and islands, many others dispense with Orlando entirely!
The locations of our Florida holiday villas between Clearwater and Englewood are within a two hour drive of Orlando, so guests here can enjoy the best of both worlds - Gulf coast serenity with fun-filled Orlando and Kissimmee. To the south of Clearwater in Indian Shores, away from the busiest areas, we offer apartments (or condo's) right on the beach. The beautiful islands off Sarasota are our next port of call; Anna Maria, Longboat Key and Siesta Key all offer up-market Florida holiday villas with private pools and apartments in wonderful settings and all within easy reach of fabulous Gulf Coast beaches. Just to the south of Sarasota, the exclusive island of Casey Key is a hidden gem with its wonderful beach and beautiful waterside villas. Perhaps our most frequent recommendation for first time Gulf Coast visitors is the Venice area together with Lemon Bay and Englewood. Here at Premier Holidays we feature some very high quality Florida holiday villas that offer remarkable value for money when you consider that many are just a short walk from un-crowded, sandy Gulf Coast beaches, where you can enjoy a traditional Florida family holiday.
Further south, our Florida holiday villa selection in Fort Myers and Cape Coral give great value for money in the area and the highest quality. From here you can explore the islands of Sanibel and Captiva without paying the high prices expected on the islands - of course we can also advise on island properties although it's mostly apartments that are available for weekly holiday rental.
Our final stop before the Keys is at Naples and its neighbour Marco Island. These are very cosmopolitan and genteel destinations for the well heeled, with all the sophistication the clientele expects.
Sarasota

Sarasota is famed for the fabulous beach resort islands that lie just off the mainland known as keys, these sand bars host some of Florida's most fabulous holiday homes beside incredible beaches often voted best in the world. It's a sunny playground with some sophistication where we can all feel rich and famous in these beautiuful surroundings. Sarasota itself is a busy business centre and features a couple of glass towers but there's also a wealth of great shopping and some fabulous restaurants too. We have 4 villas in Sarasota.

Venice Area

A charming and relaxed seaside town originally located on Venice island to take advantage of the huge white sand beach and access to the waters of Robert's Bay for boating and sheltered moorings. The compact town centre is just a stroll from the beach and has a wonderful Southern ambience, family friendly and very charming. Venice has expanded off the island and spread along the coast so that more people can take advantage of the wonderful climate here, you'll find excellent facilities with shops, restaurants, sport and all the leisure facilities you need.
