Disney MGM Studios has all the colour and glamour of the movies, you can look behind the scenes and enjoy the exciting thrill rides, don't miss "The Twilight Zone" Tower of Terror. There are also 3 waterslide parks and Disney's downtown entertainment complex.
Universal Studios is the number 1 movie studio, filled with exciting attractions, movie themed rollercoasters, shows and original sets to enjoy. The Universal Islands of adventure is a whole new park with some of the most exciting action hero themed rides plus attractions for all ages.
SeaWorld Orlando is a lively marine-life adventure, experience the power of the killer whale, feed dolphins, laugh with performing seals and penguins, ride the largest rollercoaster in Orlando and take a helicopter ride to the Arctic.
Theme and water parks aside, Orlando also has fantastic golf courses, superb shopping from outlet malls to high-end retailers at the "Mall at Millenia" and Park Avenue in Winter Park, experience 'gators and the Florida wetlands on an airboat ride or just kick back and relax.
The Universal Parks and SeaWorld are in Orlando, in Osceola County and the immense Disney complex is a city in its own right and sits between Orlando and Kissimmee in the south. Due to strict zoning regulations one is not allowed to short-term rent a villa in the Orlando area and Osceola county, hotels are the only option however, in Kissimmee one can short-term rent villlas, which is why all the properties are located around Kissimmee and to the West of the quaint old town.
Central Kissimmee Area

This is an area close to the downtown centre of Kissimmee which, in spite of its quaint "Cow Town" appearance, actually offers a wide choice of quality, stylish restaurants around the authentic town centre. Being close to the '192 there's an abundance of restaurants, shops supermarkets and other attractions including the World Famous Flea market and Medieval Times dinner show almost on the doorstep. There's also a branch of WalMart close by which is popular with bargain hunters. There's easy access to the theme parks along the Osceola Parkway and SR-535 towards Orlando. We have 7 villas in Central Kissimmee Area.

West on '192
|
This area of Kissimmee is highly sought after, very conveniently located just a few miles west of the Disney theme parks on US-192. It has a great selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by in the Gooding's Plaza which is within walking distance of some communities although you might want to take a taxi back to your villa. Access into Disney is very quick along '192 with Orlando reached along the I-4 heading East. We have 3 villas in West on '192.

Western Attraction Area

The west attraction area features holiday villas set in quiet, suburban-style communities, nestled amongst orange groves and within easy reach of all the major holiday attractions; with Disney no more than 15 minutes' drive away and the Orlando attractions around 30 minutes' drive. The local area is well served with major supermarkets and a selection of takeaway food outlets, banks and postal services, golf courses and a huge choice of restaurants and eateries along 192, within 10 to 20 minutes drive of your villa. We have 2 villas in Western Attraction Area.

Southern Attraction Area

The South Attraction area is an attractive rural region with residential communities set along Old Lake Wilson Road and the CR-54; nestled amid rolling ranch land and studded with pretty lakes, all our villas in this area offer quick and easy access to the main attractions and theme parks (you can usually reach the Disney theme parks in under 15 minutes); with good road links to the shops and restaurants along US-27 and at Baseball City, just a few miles to the south west. There's also a new shopping mall just 30 minutes by car, south along the US-27, with all the major retail outlets. We have 3 villas in Southern Attraction Area.
