Thanks to all our customers that have responded to the surveys that were sent out last week for every visit since July 2006. The response has been great and the feedback has been extremely helpful.
Premier Holidays has always prided itself on our customer service and the vast majority of the surveys indicated that we are doing a great job. 93% of the respondents rated Premier Holidays at least "Very Good", and 40% rated Premier Holidays "Excellent" (10/10). 88% of the respondents rated Premier Holidays villas at least "Very Good", and 35% rated Premier Holidays villas "Excellent" (10/10). 96% of the respondents indicated that they would recommend Premier Holidays to friends and colleagues. We're aiming for 100% in all the categories, but we're still very happy with the results.
The other side of the statistics indicate that we have some work to do on a few points and that we need to improve the facilities/equipment and/or review the status of a few villas on our books that clients feel are not up to our excellent standards, but we're on the case. We are trying to respond to every survey (there are lots).
