Our Customer Services team has introduced an improved customer feedback programme that is really helping us to improve our quality beyond its already impressive level. After every guest visits one of our villas, we elicit feedback about many aspects of the villa and the overall experience from the guests. The feedback has been really useful in helping us improve some of the villas and also resolve issues with the villas, and services. We're communicating all the feedback to the many people involved in organising the holiday (transfer agents, property managers, property owners, property service staff, etc. etc.) and ensuring that any issues and/or suggestions are resolved or reviewed. We also respond personally to every completed survey our customers complete - so every client knows we really are paying attention. The surveys are also used to display villa ratings on the site.
