    Making a Reservation

    How do I arrange airport transfers, car hire?
    When you make your enquiry with us, let us know what other arrangements you'd like to make and we'll provide you with all the information we can to assist. 

    Can I reserve a villa online?
    You may reserve selected properties online. Essentially, we put the property "On Hold" for you for up to 24 hours. We will contact you with a rental agreement which will confirm dates, property, reservation details and your details. Once we have received your deposit payment (as stipulated in the rental agreement terms and conditions), we will consider your booking confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy. Please note that there is no binding obligation until you have returned the rental agreement to us (which we will send to you via email or fax).

    What is your cancellation policy?
    In general, our cancellation terms are as follows:

    • If you cancel after receipt of your deposit, you will forfeit the deposit amount (usually 20% of the total amount due).
    • If you cancel between 70 and 57 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be retained.
    • If you cancel between 56 and 28 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be retained.
    • If you cancel less than 28 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
    Note that cancellations terms vary by property and that they will be outlined in the rental agreement. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation. Please contact us for more details on how to acquire holiday insurance.

    How do I arrange flights?
     Premier Holidays do not currently offer flights to any of our destinations. We will however advise you which airlines offer flights to the destinations and you may directly enquire with those airlines. We find that increasingly the best offers are available online directly with the airlines.

    When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
    Typically, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit (this may vary by villa) to confirm the booking. Between 12 and 16 weeks prior to arrival, you will be required to pay the balance. You may cancel your holiday at any time, however Premier Holidays will charge a cancellation fee depending on how close to the date of the booking you cancel.

    Are there any additional charges?
    Our properties carry no additional or hidden charges that are not already mentioned on the property description e.g.in some cases villas charge a refundable security deposit upon arrival. Please refer to the individual villa description and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

    What payment methods do you accept?
    Premier Holidays accepts cheques, bank transfers and all major credit cards. Please note that Premier Holidays accepts credit cards with NO service fees added if paid ONLINE. If you should be concerned about protecting your holiday purchase, the safest way to protect yourself is to use your credit card, because as long as the transaction bears the name of the company you are booking with, your credit card issuer will refund any losses.

    What are your terms and conditions?
    You can view a sample of our terms and conditions online. Please note that these terms and conditions may vary slightly from villa to villa.

    Do I have to stay for a week? On which days can I arrive?
    No - we are extremely flexible. Most of our villas will accept bookings for partial weeks which allows you to arrive on any day of the week and depart on any day of the week. Some properties may require bookings of at least 5 days. This flexibility gives you many more flight options as you are not required to arrive on a set day of the week.

    How do I find reviews of what previous customers have said?

    View some of our customer feedback to see why we have some of the most loyal customers in the holiday villa and travel business. While many other villa holiday companies don't provide ratings for their villas, we proudly display how our customers rate our villas. 

    Do I have to pay for Infants?

    No, prices quoted are for clients over the age of 2 years of age at the time of travel. Cots and highchairs can also be supplied and need to be ordered with your booking. Please refer to the available extras of the individual property regarding the cost.

    Is there a different price for children?
    No, prices quoted are for clients over the age of 2 years at the time of travel. Generally we would cast a child as being between 2 and 12 years old, as in some cases an additional child under 12 can be accommodated on a fold-a-way bed.

    Can I book infant and booster seats with my transfer?
    No. It is not a legal requirement for public transport to have infant or booster seats and so no minibuses, coaches, public buses or taxis have infant seats. They are a legal requirement for hire cars and can be booked at the same time as reserving your rental car.

    Can I add people to my booking?
    Yes, providing the villa will sleep the party size, you can add people to the booking. There may be an extra charge as each villa is priced differently eg for 1-4 people or 1-6 people with a price for additional people. For any changes to bookings there is a £20/25€ administration fee.

    About Your Stay

    Do I need to bring towels or linen?
    All bed linen is provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels and cot linen.

    Will maintenance staff visit the villa during our stay?
    All of our properties are maintained by staff that have access to the villas. Gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis and it is simply not possible for this to be carried out on 'change over' days. Pools are typically checked and cleaned twice a week and this is normally carried out very early in the morning to avoid disruption to our clients. However neither pool nor garden personnel have fixed hours, so it is not possible for us to advise you of the exact date or time of their visit. We ask for your cooperation when maintenance staff visit as it is imperative to keep the properties well maintained for our client's enjoyment throughout the year.

    Do I need to request a cot or highchair?
    If you require a cot or highchair please request it at the time of booking in order that we can ensure it is at the villa on your arrival. A supplementary charge may be added to your invoice. Cots are purchased locally and may differ to those you use at home; most being travel cots. Please note that for hygiene reasons they are supplied without cot linen. If you have informed us that you need a cot, please bring cot linen with you.

    What is in the kitchen of the villa?
    All kitchens include hob, fridge/freezer, basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Some villas have additional facilities such as washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens and other major appliances. These will be indicated in the villa description where available. Irons and ironing boards are usually provided.

    I am planning to take children on my holiday, is there anything I should be aware of?
    At the time of booking, please advise us if you have small children and we will endeavour, if requested, to find more "child-friendly" properties. Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised at anytime during your holiday and to be extra careful with balconies, swimming pools and other hazards. However, we still strongly suggest that children are well-supervised in all our properties.

    What satellite/television will be available?
    Satellite television services in villas may only receive limited free channels. These channels are in various languages and generally include one or two English programmes. A number of our villas are equipped with standard television, which will only receive local channels and those villas that have video facilities may only supply a small selection of English-language videos. If you require more specific information regarding a particular villa please contact us.

    Will there be a maid/cleaning service?
    Maid service will vary at each individual villa and can consist from preparation only with linen and towels to five days per week with daily towel change and weekly linen change. Please note that generally beach/pool towels are not supplied and these should be taken with you. We kindly ask all guests not to use the towels supplied at the villa for the beach or around the pool. If you require more information on a particular property please contact us.

    Can I order a welcome pack for our arrival?
    Welcome packs are available in most of our destinations for an extra cost, please enquire for further details.

    How do I know what type of swimming pool will be available?

    There are different types of properties with various types of swimming pools available, each stated in the property description on our website. 

    Please find a list below of the different types of swimming pools available, with their definitions which may assist you when making your decision.

    Private Heated Swimming Pool
    There is a swimming pool in the grounds of the property for the exclusive use of the client for the duration of the rental period.  The water temperature normally ranges from between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius.*

    Private Solar Heated Swimming Pool
    There is a swimming pool in the grounds of the property for the exclusive use of the client for the duration of the rental period. There are no specific temperature tolerances for solar heated swimming pools as the water is heated by solar energy.  The temperature of the water is dependent upon the weather conditions.*

    Private Unheated Swimming Pool
    There is a swimming pool in the grounds of the property for the exclusive use of the client for the duration of the rental period.  The water is not heated.*

    Shared Heated Swimming Pool
    There is a communal swimming pool within the grounds of the complex. The water temperature normally ranges from between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius.*

    Shared Solar Heated Swimming Pool
    There is a communal swimming pool within the grounds of the complex.  There are no specific temperature tolerances for solar heated swimming pools as the water is heated by solar energy.  The temperature of the water is dependent upon the weather conditions.*

    Shared Unheated Swimming Pool
    There is a communal swimming pool within the grounds of the complex. The water is not heated.

    * Where pool covers are available, please use them when the swimming pool is not being used as this will help to regulate the temperature, particularly during colder months. This will also help to keep the pool clean and free from debris. 

    What time can I check in?
    Accommodation will normally be available for occupation from 14:00 - 16:00 *. on the day of arrival and clients are required to vacate the accommodation at 10:00a.m or 11.00am.* on the day of departure to facilitate cleaning and servicing. 
    * Different destinations vary, please check with us beforehand for exact times.

    Can I stay later in the villa if I have a late flight?

    The check out time for accommodation is normally 10am as the villa will need to be prepared for any arrivals. If there is no arrival that day, it is sometimes possible to arrange a late stay with the local manager in resort for an additional fee. This can only be done while in resort as bookings can be taken up until the day before. Alternatively, why not book an extra night and enjoy the whole last day of your holiday. 

    Who is my contact while I am staying at my holiday villa?
    Your Final Booking Confirmation will include the details of your villa manager who can help you with local and villa information. Should you have any difficulties in your villa it is essential that you contact the manager. If you cannot reach the local manager or do not receive an adequate or timely response, please call Premier Holidays directly.

    Will my villa have Air conditioning or Heating?
    Unless stated under the list of features, the villas are not all equipped with air conditioning or heating. If this is listed under the features, please refer to the property description as to which rooms are equipped with air con and/or heating units and whether this is included or is an optional extra to be arranged and paid for locally. Portable fans and heaters are normally available to hire from either the local manager or we can arrange them for you. Please contact us if you are in any doubt.
