Villas in Mal Pas

Mal Pas is one of the few residential areas with private villas with pools situated near to the holiday resort of Alcudia. Mal Pas has two picturesque beaches next to each other, San Joan and San Pedro, both within walking distance. There is a small exclusive marina, Puerto Cocodrilo, and a local supermarket. Close to the marina is a parking space with access to a cliff, which has a man made plateau to sunbathe and dive into the sea. Fragrant pine trees dominate the whole area, providing shaded areas for those long, hot Mallorcan days.
