Maspalomas and Area
Maspalomas and its surrounding area offer a wide variety of excellent villa accommodation and amenities. It is a haven for a relaxing sun-filled beach holiday, or an adventure. Along the picturesque seafront there are many restaurants and bars offering a superb selecion of international cuisines, with some providing live entertainment in the evenings.
There are many fun-filled activities available in the Maspalomas area, the two most popular are Aquasur - the largest water park in Gran Canaria where there are dozens of slides and attractions, including Kamikaze, Rapids, Congo River and a mini golf course and Holiday World Amusement Park is a fun packed entire leisure area and includes a fair, bowling alley and wellness centre

There are two world class golf clubs located in the Maspalomas area. One of these is the prestigious Salobre Golf and Resort. Salobre has the most magnificent scenery and you can stay within the resort in one of the beautiful villas we offer overlooking the golf course.
A must for anyone on holiday in Maspalomas is to take a ride on the back of a camel through the sand dunes. A great selection of boat trips can be arranged in the resort, including big game fishing, catamaran sailing, glass bottom boats, small cruisers and yachts. Some of these excursions will drop anchor and allow you to go swimming, snorkelling, jet skiing or parasailing.
Faro is a beachside resort located along the famous 6km long Maspalomas dunes. Here you will find the lighthouse (faro in Spanish) and the southernmost point in the whole of Europe. Faro has a good selection of bars, restaurants and market-style shops and the Faro II shopping centre is full of designer boutiques.
There is plenty on offer in the Yumbo Centre in nearby Playa del Ingles, where you can find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. This is one of the largest tourist centres in the south of Gran Canaria. The week long Gay Pride festivals held here in May have become world renowned.
Salobre Resort
Salobre resort is set high-up, inland from Maspalomas and has stunning views of the mountains that extend all the way to the sea.
