It is set in spacious grounds, with a superb, gated swimming pool and the luxury of an eight seater Jacuzzi. The property is in a country location reminiscent of local farm houses and the neighbouring farm sells its organic produce direct to the public. The property benefits from a one bedroom annexe apartment and has air-conditioning throughout.
InteriorThis excellent villa is a restored farmhouse and offers high quality accommodation in a charming atmosphere. It has a spacious living area with a fireplace and a conservatory with large patio doors out to a terrace. The fully fitted, pine kitchen has a dining table and access to the shady terraces and well established garden. There is a separate utility room with the washing machine. Can Vincent has four bedrooms, with air-conditioning, three of which are in the main house. One has twin beds and there are two with double beds. They share a full bathroom and a guest toilet. The separate annexe has a cosy living and dining room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
ExteriorSurrounded by lovely countryside and sub-tropical gardens this property provides a relaxing haven of tranquillity. It has several, charming outdoor seating an al fresco dining areas, including a superb, covered terrace with a built-in barbecue. The beautiful swimming pool measures 10x4 metres and is entered by roman steps. This and the adjacent eight-seater Jacuzzi are surrounded by an extensive, sun terrace and for the added safety of small children the area is fenced and gated. The annexe apartment is alongside the barbecue area and there is also table tennis is available under a vine shaded arbour.
AmenitiesCan Vicent is located approximately 500 metres from the quiet village of San Miguel located on the northern side of Ibiza. This small village is built around the Church perched on a hilltop and has a handful of bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is at Puerto San Miguel, a popular holiday resort in a large bay, just 5 kilometres away. Its 150 metre long beach is very safe for children and there are water sports facilities and a couple of very good seafood restaurants. Also not far away is Benirras beach. It is incredibly beautiful with transparent waters and a number of facilities including restaurants, bars, showers, and water sports. Benirras is renowned for its sunsets and the chilled out atmosphere. Cosmopolitan Ibiza Town is approximately 18 kilometres away where traditional shops sit alongside more sophisticated boutiques and where holidaymakers can rub shoulders with celebrities. The main town and resort of Santa Eulalia is again only a short drive being only 16 kilometres away and has a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops as well as larger supermarkets for all your holiday needs.
