In a magnificent position in a quiet residential area with panoramic views over the sea, the coast and neighbouring islands of Espiartar and Conejera, this sought after villa offers a memorable holiday. Its location is excellent; just a few minutes drive up the hill from the bay of Cala Salada and less than a 10 minute drive from local shops and restaurants.

Interior

Stylishly decorated to a very high standard this beautiful villa offers light and spacious accommodation. It is set on three floors, with the main living areas located on the middle level. This is also the pool level and is open plan with has a delightful living room with a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a dining area and doors to the covered pool terrace. It has a fully equipped, country kitchen and access to a utility area. On the top floor there is a second lounge again with a fireplace and large windows and doors offer dramatic views to sea. Up to two children can be accommodated on a sofa bed in this room. Casa Conejera has four attractive bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master bedroom is on the main living floor. It has a double bed an en-suite bathroom. There is a further bedroom on this level, which has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. The lower ground floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, which both have en-suite shower rooms.

Exterior

This villa is entered on the lower ground floor and has several terraces on different levels, several of which have exquisite views to the sea. They are variously furnished with comfortable seating areas, sun beds and charming al fresco dining venues. The swimming pool is entered by roman steps and measures 8x4 metres.

Amenities

Casa Conejera is ideally situated just a few minutes drive from Cala Salada, a beautiful and very popular cove located north of San Antonio. Cala Salada has two beaches separated by rocks, into which fishermen's boathouses have been built which are typical of the island. The larger of the two beaches has a beach bar and restaurant which both enjoy great sunset views. The smaller and quieter northern beach offers late afternoon shade and a more remote feel. Many yachts moor in this bay and this tends to be very popular with locals and tourists alike. San Antonio is just 10 minutes drive away and is where you will find the nearest supermarkets, shops and restaurants as well as the infamous Café del Mar where people flock to see the spectacular sunsets and hear chilled out tunes whilst sipping cool cocktails.
