It is conveniently located just 1.5 kilometres to the coast which offers small quiet beaches, crystal clear waters and great opportunities for water sports.
InteriorThe entrance to Casa Serenity is through an open courtyard. Situated on a hillside position the villa has the main living areas, both interior and exterior, on the first floor to maximise the wonderful views. The villa is decorated throughout in traditional style whilst having every amenity you would expect in a villa of this class including air-conditioning throughout. Both the living room and formal dining room are elegantly furnished and have large patio doors on all sides to take full advantage of the views. The living room has an open fireplace for guests travelling in the cooler winter months with an ornate wrought iron door separating the lounge from the dining room. There is a separate, modern well equipped kitchen which has a large picture window, with views across the surrounding area. The villa has four bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and are fitted with mosquito screens at the windows. There are two bedrooms on the main living floor which share a shower room. One has a double bed and one has twin beds. For added convenience there is also a guest toilet on this floor.Two separate sets of stairs lead down to a lower level where a second, smaller, fully furnished lounge area and two further bedrooms are located. The lounge here also has a television, ceiling fan and large patio doors to take full advantage of the surrounding views as well as a furnished partially covered terrace to relax on.The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, a separate dressing area and a covered furnished terrace which it shares with the second twin bedroom, which also has a full en-suite bathroom.
ExteriorThe exterior of this villa is exceptionally lovely and quite unique in that it has a full lounge, country kitchen, and a dining area all under the arched portico to maximise outdoor living in the summer months. The kitchen comes complete with gas barbeque, a full hob and fridge freezer. Directly in front of this area is situated the 8 x 4 metre pool which is entered by Roman steps. The pool area is surrounded by spacious well furnished terraces with a mature garden area on one side and all of the outside areas have delightful southerly views over the surrounding area and to the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally there is a central well protected courtyard with built in outdoor dining furniture which offers a sheltered suntrap in the cooler winter months.
AmenitiesThere are a small selection of shops, a supermarket and restaurants within 1 kilometre of the villa. Major supermarkets, many restaurants and a large selection of shops can be found in the town of Calpe which is a 6 kilometres or a ten to fifteen minute drive away. There are seven coves and beaches in the Benissa coast area, ranging from the small natural fine sandy beach of La Fustera which has been awarded the EU’s Blue Flag for quality and which during the summer season has deck-chair rental, a bar and children’s playground, to Cap Blanc’s craggy and rough cliffs which make for good snorkelling below and a good viewing point for the whole of the Benissa coastline from above. A few kilometres further east is Moraira’s golden sand Ampolla beach. This is the largest and most popular beach in the area with an excellent range of facilities such as games, sun-beds, showers, restaurants, as well as ample parking. Moraira itself is where you’ll also find a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants mainly centred around the old fishing port. Just 3.5 kilometres from the villa the Ifach 9 hole Golf Club located on a country estate is a great place for a round of golf while enjoying spectacular views over the surrounding area.

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £171.9 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
