This attractive villa is ideally located in the popular resort of Corralejo, in an excellent position just one row from the sea. It is within walking distance to the start of the fabulous dune beaches and the roof terrace offers panoramic sea views to the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Just twenty minutes walk along a romantic coastal path is the lively resort centre, offering a great selection of shops, bars and international restaurants.

Interior

This delightful villa is bright and well maintained. The windows have tinted glass to keep the interior cool in the warm Canarian climate. There is an open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the front terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Villa Itsasondo has three comfortable bedrooms that all have fitted wardrobes with ample space. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children. There is a family bathroom with double wash basin and separate shower room.

Exterior

Comfortable patio furniture and sun loungers provide plenty of places to relax in the warm Fuerteventura sun. The electrically heated swimming pool measures 5 x 3 metres and can be entered by ladder steps. There are stairs at the side of the villa which lead up to a large roof terrace, providing the most magnificent views to the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. Villa Itsosondo also has a private garage for those hiring a car.

Amenities

This villa is in an excellent position. It is in a quiet residential area by the sea, close to the dune beaches and just a fifteen minute walk into Corralejo along the pretty coastal path. A selection of good restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The luxurious Bahia Real five star Hotel is a few minutes walk away, with an in-house spa and wellness centre that can be used by guests staying in local villas. From the nearby harbour there is a variety of excellent excursions, including fishing, glass bottom boat, submarine and Catamaran sailing. There is also a regular ferry to the beautiful nearby island of Lanzarote where you can spend the day exploring the spectacular scenery. Another ferry goes to the uninhabited island of Lobos. Fuerteventura is world famous for its miles and miles of unspoilt white sand beaches. Kite surfing and wind surfing schools are located on these beaches. A fifteen minute drive can take you to the beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo where there are several charming Canarian fish restaurants overlooking the sea. The golf course at Caleta de Fuste is a thirty minute drive.
