| | Rating:  (as rated by 2 recent visitors) | This superb, elegantly furnished villa, situated high in a valley has the most breathtaking views over the local country side and down to the Rock of Calpe ( Peñon de Ifach ). A large swimming pool with extensive terracing provides an idyllic location for outdoor relaxation in this warm and sunny climate. For larger groups Villa Sierra Brisa has the benefit of a separate, two bedroom annexe on the lower level. This can only be rented in conjunction with the main house.
InteriorThe very large and spacious, open-plan, living and dining room, is stylishly furnished and has several patio doors leading out to a covered and comfortably furnished terrace, with spectacular panoramic views. One half of this room has comfortable seating and a fireplace, the other half has a wooden country- style dining table and chairs. The separate, modern and fully fitted kitchen also has a separate utility room. Villa Sierra Brisa has three bedrooms on the main floor, each with mosquito screens. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. There are two furtherbedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds and access to the terrace. They share a shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom and toilet on this level.
Annexe: The annexe apartment is on the lower level of the property, with it’s own covered terrace also with fantastic views and access, via steps, to the swimming pool area. It has an open plan living room with a sofa bed and patio doors. There is a modestly sized open plan kitchen area with a table for 6, microwave, fridge and cooking hob. There are three small bedrooms, two doubles and a twin on this level which share a bathroom, with separate shower, and shower room.
ExteriorIn an elevated position, the terraces of this property have commanding and unbeatable views over the countryside to the Rock of Calpe and on to the Mediterranean sea beyond. Outside the living room, a large, covered terrace provides comfortable furniture for relaxing and for al fresco dining. This sheltered area, with its’ views, makes the best of the wonderful Costa Blanca climate and long, balmy evenings. The beautiful swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and is entered by integral steps. Table tennis, a gas barbecue, sun beds and further seating areas complete this idyllic holiday venue.
AmenitiesMajor supermarkets, many restaurants and a large selection of shops can be found in the coastal town of Calpe some 9 kilometres away whilst the inland town of Benisa is a 3 kilometres drive, in the opposite direction from the villa. The nearest sandy beaches of La Fossa, Arenal-Bol and La Calalga can all be found in Calpe. It’s promenade offers a full range of services and activities, major supermarkets, many restaurants and a large selection of shops. Going north from here towards Moraira, there are 7 coves and beaches in the Benissa coast area, ranging from the small natural fine sandy beach of La Fustera which has been awarded the EU’s Blue Flag for quality and which during the summer season has deck-chair rental, a bar and children’s playground, to Cap Blanc’s craggy and rough cliffs which make for good snorkelling below and a good viewing point for the whole of the Benissa coastline from above. A few kilometres further east is Moraira’s golden sand Ampolla beach. This is the largest and most popular beach in the area with an excellent range of facilities such as games, sun-beds, showers, restaurants, as well as ample parking. Moraira itself is where you’ll also find a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants mainly centred round the old fishing port. Just 15 kilometres from the villa is the Ifach 9 hole Golf Club which is located on a country estate and is a great place for a round of golf while enjoying spectacular views over the surrounding area.

Deposit and Balance Payments - To confirm bookings placed more than 13 weeks before arrival, a desposit of the greater of 20% and £171.9 is due, and the full balance is due 13 weeks before arrival.
