Vista Calpe is a well appointed, two-storey villa in located in an elevated position within an exclusive residential area, close to the town of Altea and only 5 kilometres to the nearest, beautiful beach. This villa offers tranquil surroundings and fabulous views to the sea, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Interior

The villa is set on two floors and is modern light and airy throughout. On the ground floor is the open plan living and dining rooms with large picture windows and patio doors that overlook the swimming pool and across to the sea. A breakfast bar separates the living and dining room from the well equipped kitchen. For added convenience there is a separate utility room and also a guest cloakroom. Vista Calpe has three bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and has a window with views of the pool and beyond. This room has use of a large shower room across the corridor. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor and benefit from air conditioning. One has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto a terrace with beautiful views to the sea. The third bedroom has a double bed and a separate access leading to the terrace shared with the twin bedroom. Both share a shower room.

Exterior

This villa benefits from being in an elevated position overlooking the surrounding countryside and sea across to the medieval town of Altea and on to Albir. Patio doors lead from the living and dining room to a covered terrace with a built in barbecue, sink and food preparation area and outdoor dining furniture perfect for enjoying alfresco dining. A few steps lead down onto the terrace which surrounds the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool accessed by roman steps. On a lower level there are more terraces with well grown and tended fruit and palm trees.

Amenities

Major supermarkets, many restaurants and a large selection of shops can be found in the towns of Calpe and Altea both of which are 10 kilometres or a ten to fifteen minute drive away in opposite directions from the villa. Calpe has the better beaches of the two towns and the sandy beaches of La Fossa, Arenal-Bol and La Calalga. Their promenades offer a full range of services and activities including pedaloes, jet ski-ing and wind surfing; not forgetting a wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants. Going from here North towards Moraira, here are 7 coves and beaches in the Benissa coast area, ranging from the small natural fine sandy beach of La Fustera which has been awarded the EU’s Blue Flag for quality and which during the summer season has deck-chair rental, a bar and children’s playground, to Cap Blanc’s craggy and rough cliffs which make for good for snorkelling below and a good viewing point for the whole of the Benissa coastline from above. A few kilometres farther east is Moraira’s golden sand Ampolla beach. This is the largest and most popular beach in the area with an excellent range of facilities such as games, sun-beds, showers, restaurants, as well as ample parking. Moraira itself is where you’ll also find a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants mainly centred around the old fishing port.
Just 3.5 kilometres from the villa the Ifach 9 hole Golf Club located on a country estate is a great place for a round of golf while enjoying spectacular views over the surrounding area.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service. Two bedrooms have air conditioning and there is central heating throughout for the cooler months; both are included in the villa cost. A refundable security deposit of 300€ is required and is to be paid upon arrival to the local manager.
