Located in the beautiful, rural, north of Mallorca, between the picturesque villages of Pollensa and Alcudia, this traditional villa offers a very good standard of holiday accommodation. It is a short drive from the property to a sandy beach and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Interior

This bright and spacious, two storey villa offers a charming taste of Mallorcan living. It has a large, linked living room/dining room and well-fitted kitchen, with beamed ceilings and wide patio doors to the covered terrace. Villa Verde has four bedrooms with air conditioning. Located on the ground floor is the master bedroom which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Also on this level, there is a bedroom with twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. On the first floor a bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds share a shower room. Both have patio doors to a terrace from which there are magnificent views over the countryside towards the bay of Pollensa.

Exterior

Exterior: This rural property is set in a large garden lined with trees and has a beautiful, 8x4 metre swimming pool. It is entered by roman steps and surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with sun beds and patio furniture. Outside the living room a covered terrace provides welcome shade for al fresco dining and there is a barbecue at the side of the house. A swing set has been provided for younger guests and there is an outdoor shower.

Amenities

Villa Verde is superbly situated inland with easy access to the beach resorts of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and the traditional village of Pollensa. It is the ideal base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s north coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just a drink at one of the many charming local bars. Thirteen kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Both Port de Pollensa and Alcudia have an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants and shops. There is a Sunday market in Alcudia and Pollensa and a market on a Wednesday in Port de Pollensa. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 11 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 18 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
