This delightful, completely modernised farmhouse oozes character and is set in a beautiful, private garden, with expansive country views. It is superbly located, only 4 kilometres from the picturesque town of Pollensa, with its’ wealth of restaurants, bars and shops. A short drive takes you to sandy beaches and the nearby golf course.

Interior

Extremely modern in design, mixed with some traditional furnishings, this charming villa offers excellent, high quality, holiday accommodation. It is set on two floors and feels very bright and airy. The open plan living and dining room feels part of the garden, with its’ wall of glass, patio doors leading out to the pool and the ultra modern kitchen is very well equipped. Casa Lola has three attractive bedrooms, with air conditioning. On the ground floor it has a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room and french doors to the terrace. This room is ideal for disabled guests. On the first floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and one with a double bed, both have pitched wooden beamed ceilings and en-suite shower rooms. The double room has its’ own terrace which has superb views over the local, peaceful countryside.

Exterior

A large, covered terrace, with attractive wooden beams, gives shade for al fresco dining and peaceful relaxation. It overlooks the beautiful, lush garden which surrounds the 10x5 metre swimming pool. This is entered by roman steps and has an integral Jacuzzi section. A decorative fish pond and a covered barbecue area complete this idyllic picture. For guests convenience there is a shower room and toilet with access from the garden.

Amenities

The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 4 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining, or a drink, at one of the many charming local bars. Eleven kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 4 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 8 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
