With elegant furnishings and panoramic sea views, it offers superb accommodation for a memorable holiday, in this famously warm and sunny region. It is in the heart of exclusive Costa Adeje, which is fast becoming the Canary Islands’ exclusive areas, with it’s five star Hotels and beautifully maintained sandy cove beaches. The nearby, charming and traditional fishing village of La Caleta has a wide choice of restaurants and a small beach.
InteriorWith elegant furnishings and spacious light rooms, this superb villa offers luxurious accommodation for a memorable holiday. It has an open plan dining room with steps down to a sunken living room with a 42” flat screen TV and patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a large window overlooking the dining room. The lovely Villa Fuschia has three beautifully decorated bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds placed together, patio doors to the terrace and access to a modern shower room. The master bedroom with fabulous sea and mountain views is on the first floor. It has a double bed, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes, an en-suite marble bathroom and patio doors to a large terrace with breathtaking sea views. The third bedroom is dramatically decorated in oriental style. It has twin beds placed together, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace shared with the master bedroom. Villa Fuschia benefits from air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the living areas which is included in the cost and remote control shutters on all rear windows for added shade and security.
ExteriorThis imposing two story villa has a fabulous, south facing garden and pool area, which can be romantically lit at night. Outside the living room there is comfortable sofa seating and patio dining furniture, which offer idyllic venues for al fresco relaxation. Extensive terraces surround the 7.5 x 3.25 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, which is entered by ladder steps and table tennis is provided for guests’ added enjoyment. The property is electrically gated and has off road parking in the driveway.
AmenitiesThis prestigious villa is less than five minutes drive away from the picturesque fishing village of La Caleta with traditional fish restaurants, tapas bars and superior restaurants. A few minutes along the coast are several five star hotels where guests can go and enjoy the facilities. The famous Bahia del Duque hotel epitomises the luxurious feel of this area and has a beautiful sandy beach for the use of the public. There is a designer shopping centre located here and a little further along the sea promenade is the start of the sandy Fanabe beach which leads all the way to Las Americas and has a huge selection of restaurants and small shops along the sea front. The old town of Adeje is a kilometre inland and still retains its characterful charm with old buildings and traditional restaurants. For the energetic it is the starting point for the Barranco del Infierno walking tour. Further inland is Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, which has a cable car to the top and views of all the other Canarian islands. The villa is near to all sea activities, including fishing, diving, scuba diving and many boat excursions including a thirty five minute ferry sailing from Los Cristianos to the neighbouring island of La Gomera with its fabulous rain forest. For the golfer this holiday villa is on the edge of one of the most exclusive golf course in Tenerife, with several more golf courses within a short driving distance. The resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos, in the south of the island, have superb, sophisticated shopping and are the hub of the night life, with bars, discos and shows where the entertainment can continue, in some places, until breakfast. Villa Fuschia is only twenty five minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport and is perfectly positioned for a memorable family or golfing holiday.
