This traditional Mallorquine villa is set in a beautiful, lush garden and is surrounded by acres of green, tranquil countryside. It is an excellent location, only 3 kilometres from a sandy beach and 4 kilometres to all the superb amenities in the picturesque, old town of Pollensa. It is an ideal choice for those who want to explore the north coast of Mallorca.

Interior

Comfortably furnished to a good standard, this two-storey villa offers charming accommodation for a relaxing holiday. The large, traditionally furnished open plan living and dining room has an attractive, wood beamed ceiling and a wood burning stove, for cooler evenings. A breakfast bar divides this room from the fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen which has doors to the garden. Casa Rosanna has three bedrooms with air-conditioning. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed, a private bathroom and doors leading to the garden. There is also a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower room, on this level. Upstairs there is a further bedroom with twin beds and private shower room. It has an attractive lounge area and patio doors leading onto a terrace with beautiful, country views.

Exterior

A large, colourful garden surrounds this villa and provides a calm oasis for the ultimate in relaxation. There are shaded areas, a barbecue and patio furniture, which provide an idyllic location for al fresco dining. A covered outdoor terrace, where you find the table tennis table, overlooks the furnished sun terrace. This surrounds the 9x4.5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps. For added convenience there is a shower room and toilet accessible from the terrace.

Amenities

Casa Rosanna is only a short drive to the coast and all the amenities of the resorts of Port de Pollensa and Alcudia. The nearest beach is 4 kilometres away and is situated on the 4 kilometre coastline of Port de Pollensa. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 6 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just have a drink at one of the many charming local bars. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 6 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 6 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.

Services

There is a twice weekly maid service, once on arrival day and once more through the week. For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly towel and linen change.
