In a stunning, protected, mountain location, this excellent villa offers the best of Mallorcan, country living. Due to it’s elevated position, it has wonderful, expansive views over the surrounding countryside and provides a vast, oasis of calm and tranquillity. It is located just 6 kilometres from the picturesque town of Pollensa and is perfect for a holiday completely away from it all.

Interior

This superb villa has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and provides very spacious and comfortable accommodation in which to unwind and enjoy a memorable holiday. The large open plan living and dining room has a wood burning stove, patio doors to a covered terrace and a staircase to the first floor, which is considered unsuitable for small children. The modern kitchen is fully fitted for a self- catering holiday and has doors leading to the barbecue terrace and garden. Villa Lucia has four bedrooms with pine furnishings and air-conditioning. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed and access to a full bathroom. On the first floor there is three bedrooms, with mountain views. They each have twin beds and share a family bathroom.

Exterior

This beautiful property, set in extensive grounds, is surrounded by indigenous, carob and olive trees, providing protection and shade. At one side of the house there is a very large, covered and beamed dining terrace. It has a built-in barbecue and overlooks the 8x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. The marvellous terrace, sun bathing area and the beautiful garden all have breathtaking views and provide the ultimate off the beaten track location, for a villa holiday. For added convenience a toilet can be accessed from the pool area.

Amenities

The friendly village of Pollensa is located only 6.4 kilometres from the villa and is a good base from which to explore the dramatic scenery of Mallorca’s northeast coast. Located 63 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, pretty Pollensa sits in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains and is full of traditional charm. Narrow, winding streets lead to the bustling town square, the Plaza Major, where you can enjoy memorable hours of alfresco dining or just a drink at one of the many charming local bars. Thirteen kilometres away in the relaxed, family resort of Port de Pollensa you will find the Bay of Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe shaped beach and warm, shallow aquamarine waters. A beautiful, tree lined promenade stretches along the seafront to the harbour where you can enjoy a selection of marine excursions. Port de Pollensa has an excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and even offers a fine variety of antique shops and art galleries. There is a Sunday market in the town of Pollensa and a Wednesday market in the Port de Pollensa brimming with colourful local produce and handicrafts. The nine-hole golf course, ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike, is only 11 kilometres away. The larger resort of Alcudia is only 18 kilometres away, boasting one of the largest beaches on Mallorca and for families there is the water park.
