Well situated, only five minutes drive to the small town of St Luis and ten minutes to Mahon, this delightful, Menorcan, country villa offers charming holiday accommodation. The colourful gardens and terraces surrounding the villa and the private swimming pool offer extensive views over the countryside towards the sea.

Interior

This lovely, two storey property has been tastefully converted and decorated to a high standard with local, antique, pine furniture. Whilst having been fitted with modern installations, it oozes rural charm, with picturesque, pitched, beamed ceilings and local artefacts throughout. The comfortable living room has a wood-burning stove and a dining area. Adjacent is the cosy, fully equipped, country kitchen which has a breakfast table and door to the garden. Villa Bibiana has five attractive bedrooms. The master suite is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and a comfortable, separate living area, with patio doors to a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is one with a double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and an adjoining twin bedroom, which can only be accessed through the larger one. Two further bedrooms with twin beds share a shower room, however one of these is more suited to young people or older children. It has single beds and access to the poolside terrace.

Exterior

Lawns set in a mature garden, surround the extensive terrace and beautiful 9x5 metre swimming pool, with roman steps. Directly outside the villa is a large covered dining area with a built-in barbeque and outdoor sink. Along with the gardens and terrace, this area provides an idyllic al fresco venue and has distant sea views over the surrounding countyside.

Amenities

Villa Bibiana is situated in the Menorcan countryside hamlet called Biniali. Offering peace and quiet, this sleepy hamlet lies slightly inland of the south coast of Menorca approximately 5 kilometres away from the beach resort of Binibeca. Set on the edge of the sea with a maze of narrow streets and tiny squares, Binebeca has developed into one of the most complete and popular resorts on the island. To one end of the resort is the old fishing village with its multitude of bars and restaurants and shops while at the other can be found Cala Torret, another attractive development with all amenities. Separating the two is the lovely family beach of Binebeca with its gently shelving sands offering safe bathing for all. Biniali itself has a small supermarket within walking distance of the villa; however the village of San Lluis where there is a supermarket, banks and shops is only 3 kilometres away.

Services

For guests staying longer than 7 nights there is a weekly maid service. A refundable breakage deposit of £350 is required to be paid locally, on arrival, in the form of a personal cheque.
