Situated in a good residential location, only one kilometre from the fishing village of Binibeca with its’ sandy beach, this is an ideal location for a holiday in the marvellous Menorcan climate. This attractive and well-maintained villa is set in a large, mature garden, which surrounds a private swimming pool.

Interior

This light and bright villa has been decorated to a good standard with living room and bedrooms looking out to the lovely, lush, green garden. The living room has wide patio doors to the swimming pool, a fireplace and a separate, raised dining area. The separate and well-fitted kitchen provides everything necessary for a self -catering holiday. Villa Cindel has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an electric wall fan, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, which share a shower room

Exterior

This lovely, colourful garden is ideal for al fresco living, with several seating areas, both in and out of the sun. Several doors lead out of the house into the garden, which is laid to grass and has sun beds placed around the 7x3.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps. Many bushes and trees around the property lend a good degree of privacy and some welcome shade.

Amenities

The villa is located in Binibeca Vell near to the sea, bordered by cliffs. Along the coastline are various sheltered coves with footpaths and steps that lead down to man made platforms, providing areas to sunbathe and enter the sea more easily. The nearest sandy beach is in Binibeca Nou which is approximately 2 kilometres from the villa. This is one of the most famous beaches in Menorca due to the old style beach bar located on it, featured on many post cards. The next biggest town is St Luis about 6 kilometres away and Mahon 9 kilometres away. Both offer more shopping possibilities and a choice of good restaurants. The closest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometres away in the old fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
