This superior, modern villa offers high quality accommodation for a memorable Cypriot holiday. Villa Portia is well located in a pleasant residential area in the sought after resort of Coral Bay, with its many bars, restaurants and sandy beaches only a short walk away. The lively resort of Paphos with its charming picturesque harbour area is only a ten minute drive along the coast.

Interior

This attractive, two storey villa has been decorated to a good standard and is very comfortably furnished. It has a light and spacious, open plan living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. This bright and airy room has two sets of patio doors leading out to the swimming pool. Villa Portia has three bedrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors onto a furnished terrace. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one on the ground floor, with an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the pool area. The other is on the first floor and has an en-suite shower room and doors leading onto the terrace, shared with the master bedroom.

Exterior

The outdoor area of this villa offers spacious sun terraces surrounding the 7x4 metre swimming pool, which is entered by ladder steps. Patio doors lead to the terrace which has patio dining furniture, which together with a barbecue provide a lovely venue for al fresco dining in the glorious Cypriot climate.

Amenities

Villa Portia is a ten minute walk from the centre of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Within the resort is a small amusement arcade, mini-golf and nearby are go-carting, horse riding, a Bird Park and a Reptile Park offering fun for all the family. The traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia is a 5 minute drive away and has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight from the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs every 30 – 40 minutes from near the villas or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
