This charming, country villa is located in an unbeatable, rural setting with views of miles and miles of rolling hills and citrus groves. It is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday away from tourism, where one can still enjoy and take part in traditional Cypriot, village life.

Interior

This modern, two storey villa has been well decorated throughout and is light and airy, with many rooms looking out to the beautiful countryside. It has an open-plan living room, dining room and well- appointed kitchen. Two sets of patio doors lead from this room onto a covered terrace. Villa Edana has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and en-site shower rooms, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor with access to the terrace.

Exterior

The covered terrace outside the living room has patio furniture and provides and unbeatable location for al fresco dining, while enjoying the magnificent views. The swimming pool measures 8x4 metres, is entered by ladder steps and is surrounded by a large garden and sunbathing terrace.

Amenities

The small village of Kathikas is only 300 meters from the property and has a little shop, a taverna, bar and even an internet café. This villa makes a perfect base for exploring the North/North West of Cyprus. Coral Bay, well known for its fantastic beach and water sports is just a 10 minutes drive away. The coastal village of Polis, which has become a charming and buzzy venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island is a mere 20 minutes drive away, as is the ancient capital Paphos. Paphos, rich in nightlife and shopping boasts a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

Services

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. The villa benefits from air conditioning in the bedrooms which is included in the price.
