This attractive, two-bedroom villa is located on a sought after, residential development, within a twenty-minute walk to the excellent amenities and beaches of Playa Blanca. A few minutes drive takes you to the famous, unspoilt Papagayo beaches or to the harbour area, where there is a selection of marine and fishing excursions. The hourly ferry to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura, leaves from here and provides an excellent days outing. Villa Teresita is set in a walled, sub-tropical garden, with a good degree of privacy and offers high quality holiday accommodation. For larger groups and families Villas Seraphena, Mariposa, Benita, Maricela and Amandelen are nearby.

Interior

This very attractive villa has been decorated to a good standard and is light and airy throughout. The living room has a high, pitched ceiling, comfortable seating, a selection of books and movies and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. There is an open-plan, fitted kitchen and a separate dining room which has a wooden beamed ceiling. Villa Teresita has two bedrooms with electric fans and mosquito netting at the windows. The master bedroom has a double bed and a television. The other bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full, good quality bathroom. An added child can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the dining room.

Exterior

A covered terrace and a large parasol, outside the living room, provide welcome shade, for al fresco dining, or for relaxing with a good book. A furnished sun terrace and a pretty, colourful garden, surround the 6x4 metre, electrically heated swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps.

Amenities

Villa Teresita is located on a prestigious development of new, luxury villas on the outskirts of Playa Blanca town centre. The resort centre is approximately a fifteen minute walk or two minute drive from the villa and the nearest beach, Playa Flamingo, is about the same distance and is extremely popular with families due to its shallow, calm nature. There is a local supermarket just a five minute walk from the villa. In recent years Playa Blanca has grown from a traditional Canarian fishing village into a fashionable tourist resort and has retained a great deal of its original character. A pretty promenade runs along the seafront and is lined with bars, restaurants and shops. The amazing Papagayo beaches are only a 10 minute drive away and are famous throughout Spain for their unspoilt location, golden sands and aquamarine, clear waters. The unspoilt Canarian villages of Las Brenas, El Golfo and Femes are only a short drive away, as is the volcanic national park of Timanfaya. The pretty harbour of Playa Blanca is the departure point for many excursions including trips to the neighbouring islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. A water taxi is also available to take people to Papagayo beaches. The recently opened, Puerto Rubicon Marina is a ten minute drive from the villa and is the location of many exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants. Several excursions, including a catamaran trip depart from the Marina.
