This magnificent luxury villa is set in spacious grounds with sub-tropical gardens and extensive south-facing terraces with fabulous sea views. Located in Puerto Calero, it is a five minute walk downhill to the exclusive marina, which has an impressive promenade of international restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. Several fascinating marine excursions depart from here. Puerto del Carmen is a five minute drive away. Here you will find the picturesque, charming, old-town harbour that has a selection of fish restaurants and bars, as well as the resort centre, with its miles of golden beaches and superb amenities. Identical Villa Rosato and Neighbouring Villa Blanca are situated close by for larger groups or families wishing to holiday together.

Interior

This beautiful, stylish villa is extremely light and spacious throughout and has been decorated to a very high standard. The large living room has access to the formal dining room and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. There is a separate, modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Villa Rosato has three stylish bedrooms, with large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a double bed, a high quality modern en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead to the terrace and swimming pool. There are two further bedrooms with high ceilings and twin beds. These rooms share a family bathroom with a separate shower and double wash basin.The villa will accommodate 6 people in the bedrooms and a further child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-way bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to a fabulous dining terrace which has an impressive wooden pergola and a Canarian built-in barbecue, perfect for a shaded al-fresco dining experience. This is an idyllic location to sit and enjoy a glass of sangria, whilst enjoying the most beautiful sea views and breathtaking sunsets. Steps lead down to a large, south-facing sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the electrically heated 9 x 4.5 metre swimming pool that is entered by roman steps. The villa also has a private parking space and a garage.

Amenities

Puerto Calero is the first and most famous marina on Lanzarote. It was designed and built to attract the worlds most glamorous super yachts and offers an accordingly sophisticated atmosphere. Many exclusive regattas are hosted here and attract members of the Spanish royal family along with famous sports people. A variety of restaurants, designer shops and a supermarket are located along the waterfront with charming views of the hustle and bustle of the marina. The Canarian Cetacean Museum, the only dolphin and whale museum in Spain, offers a unique opportunity to learn about these fascinating creatures, their sounds and habits through over two hundred exhibits. There is also a selection of excellent excursions that leave from the marina, including a submarine diving adventure, catamaran sailing, big game fishing and the possibility of chartering yachts and luxury cruisers. Alternatively a water taxi or bus service links the area with the main resort of Puerto del Carmen; clients with cars can drive there in less than 5 minutes. The resort is home to 5 kilometres of spectacular, golden beaches. Puerto Calero is a 15 minute transfer from the airport.

Services

There is a mid-week towel change and for guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service, which includes a towel and linen change.
