These beautiful, contemporary villas are located in the exclusive Salobre resort, in a delightful setting with views of the surrounding mountains and golf course. The resort has a golf course and a club house with a restaurant and bar. There are a variety of amenities within the resort, including a luxurious Sheraton Hotel with an Aloe Spa. It is a fifteen minute drive to the resort of Maspalomas, with its spectacular sand dunes, golden beaches, boutiques and international restaurants. The popular resorts of Puerto Rico and Playa del Ingles are a twenty minute drive from the villa.

Interior

These stylish villas are classily decorated to a high standard and have air conditioning and heating throughout. The living room has a dining area and patio doors set in a wall of tinted glass, providing spectacular views. The separate kitchen is of a sophisticated, contemporary design with high quality appliances. Villas Roseta have two attractive bedrooms on the first floor, both have scenic views of the Salobre Golf course. The master suite has a bedroom with a double bed, a walk in dressing room and en-suite bathroom, with an adjacent wet room. The other bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to a private terrace. There is also a separate full family bathroom. The villa will accommodate four people and a further child under twelve on a fold away bed.

Exterior

Patio doors from both the living room and kitchen lead out onto a large covered dining terrace, which provides a perfect setting for tranquil al fresco dining in the warm Canarian evenings. Comfortable patio furniture is provided in the beautiful garden area surrounding the 4 x 2 metre swimming pool. There are a variety of decking, garden and terrace areas to choose from, whilst relaxing and taking in the most remarkable views of this charming resort.

Amenities

The Salobre Golf and Resort complex offers many facilities, starting with its 18 and 9 hole golf courses, golf school and pro-shop. There is a local supermarket and guests can order fresh bread and a newspaper to be delivered daily to their villa. This peaceful setting is ideal for walking, hiking and cycling amid the landscaped gardens filled with palm trees and flowers. Additional facilities available for people staying in the Salobre villas include a personal in-villa chef service, soothing massage in your own villa and a complimentary shuttle bus to Beach Club Maspalomas. An extensive choice of relaxing beauty treatments is available in the Sheraton Spa, where guests can book one of the many holistic packages on offer. A fifteen minute drive from Salobre is the southern resort of Maspalomas that has more 12 km of sand dunes. The Canary Islands largest water park, Aqualand is located here, with dozens of slides and attractions. The lively resort of Playa del Ingles, famous for its variety of bars, discos and shopping centres, is only twenty minute drive away. Puerto Rico, again a twenty minute drive, but in the opposite direction, is a family resort that offers water sport activities including sailing, deep sea fishing, windsurfing and diving. Salobre resort is a thirty minute drive from Las Palmas airport and limousine transfers can be booked for guests staying in the villas.
