This fabulous apartment is in a desirable location, directly on the beach-front. This beautiful beach is a perfect place to spot the celebrity glitterati, who gather here in the summer to party in style at the exclusive Pangea Beach Club. It is a five minute drive to the glamorous resort of Marbella, which has wonderful beaches, a variety of designer boutiques, international restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Interior

This luxurious apartment is stylishly decorated and air-conditioned throughout. The spacious living room has a formal dining area and patio doors leading out to a large terrace. The separate, modern kitchen is fully-fitted with modern appliances. Las Olas has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has a super king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and access to a private balcony. The third bedroom has twin beds placed together and access to a shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the large, south-facing terrace, which has comfortable patio furniture and seating areas. This is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the breathtaking sea views out to Gibraltar. The apartment is within a prestigious development with well kept gardens and a communal swimming pool. It has direct access to the golden beach of Playa del Pinillo.
