This fabulous, ground-floor apartment is decorated to an extremely high standard. It is superbly located in an exclusive development, just a 300 metre walk to the famous Nikki Beach and a ten minute drive to bustling Marbella, with its designer boutiques, international restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Interior

This luxury apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout. The open-plan living room has cream leather sofas, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a private terrace and garden. The separate kitchen is modern and well-equipped. Apartment Begonia has two spacious bedrooms, which both have patio doors to the terrace and garden. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen television and an en-suite shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the large, covered terrace, which has stylish rattan patio furniture and a dining area. Folding glass curtains offer the option to close in the terrace, transforming it into another room. The apartment is situated within a prestigious development with well kept gardens and a communal swimming pool.

Amenities

This apartment is located in Elviria and is within walking distance to the famous Nikki Beach resort. Nikki Beach is a perfect place to relax on the quality sun loungers, or dance on the golden sand, whilst the resident DJ plays the latest top tunes. There are also plenty of beach bars and restaurants along Elivira beach, perfect for enjoying a romantic meal in this wonderful setting. The resort of Elviria has many amenities, including a large number of shops, bars and restaurants. The Santa María and Santa Clara golf courses are only a short drive away. The El Casco Tennis club is another attraction at Elviria, offering quality facilities.
