This luxurious villa offers an excellent standard of holiday accommodation. It is situated in the prestigious La Cala Golf resort, with excellent views overlooking the lush greens of one of the championship La Cala golf courses. The facilities on site include the club house bar and restaurant and the Caracala Spa, which is highly recommended. It is a short drive to the beached cove of La Cala de Mijas, which has a selection of restaurants, beach bars and a market.

Interior

This beautiful, three-storey villa has been furnished to a very high standard throughout. The open plan living room is light and spacious with deluxe leather sofas, a formal dining area and patio doors leading to a covered terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a cloakroom with a shower on this floor. Villa Coleen has four stylish bedrooms. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. This bedroom also has patio doors leading to a private terrace, overlooking the golf course. There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor, one has a Juliette balcony and they share a family bathroom. The master suite is on the top floor, it has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a separate walk in shower. Patio doors from the master bedroom lead to two private terraces, which have excellent views of the golf course.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead out to a covered dining terrace which has fabulous views of the golf course. The terrace is surrounded by a well maintained, private garden with plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the private swimming pool, which measures 7 x 2.5 metres. There is also a communal swimming pool in the resort, within walking distance from the villa. Villa Coleen has a private garage for guests use.

Amenities

The La Cala Resort is situated outside the sought after holiday and residential area of Calahonda, a twenty minute drive east of Marbella. Golfers will be spoilt for choice, as the La Cala courses are considered as three of the best in Spain. Guests have full use of the facilities within the resort, which include the luxurious spa, gymnasium and tennis court. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants located in the three commercial centres in this area. It is a ten minute drive to the beautiful La Cala beach, where there are a variety of water sports on offer. There are many golf challenging 18 hole courses in this area to suit the needs of any level of player. A drive into the mountains leads to Mijas one of the most picturesque villages in southern Spain where the Hippodrome is host to exciting horse races and open air concerts with international performers during the summer months.
