InteriorThis superb quality apartment is air conditioned throughout. It has an open-plan, spacious living room with a beautiful, formal dining suite and patio doors that lead to the terrace. There is a large, contemporary, separate kitchen. Penthouse Andalucía has two stylish bedrooms that both have fitted wardrobes. The master suite has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and patio doors that lead to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds placed together and access to a fully fitted, family bathroom. The incredible attention to detail and impressive finishing touches, give a luxurious, yet homely feel to this first-class penthouse apartment.
ExteriorPenthouse Andalucía is front line to the beach with two terraces that both have breathtaking sea views. Patio doors from the living room and the master bedroom lead to the lower terrace which is covered with glass panels. This terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a breakfast table. It has the added advantage of exterior vertical sun blinds that instantly convert the space into another room. Steps from here lead up to the magnificent roof terrace with a built in Jacuzzi, a sauna (for use in winter months only) and a shower. The apartment is on a beautiful complex with well-maintained gardens and an impressive swimming pool that can be entered via roman steps. The patio surrounding the swimming pool has plenty of sun loungers for guests use and from here there is a pathway leading directly to the beach.
AmenitiesThe accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. This is a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood. There is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.
