This beautiful, first-floor apartment has wonderful sea views. It is located on an exclusive beachfront complex, which has two communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a gymnasium and direct access to the beach. Penthouse Granados Playas is located 13km from Estepona town centre and a fifteen minute drive to the glamorous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
InteriorThis stylish, well-maintained apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. It has an open plan living room with a formal dining suite and large patio doors leading to a covered balcony. There is a separate, modern kitchen, with access to a utility room. Apartment Granados Playas has three attractive bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, fabulous sea views and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and shares a family bathroom with the third bedroom, which has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath.
ExteriorPatio doors from the living room lead to the covered balcony, which provides the most breathtaking sea views. A relaxing seating area and patio dining furniture offer comfortable places to sit and indulge in the ambiance and tranquillity of this stunning location. Guests have full use of the complex facilities, including two swimming pools, a tennis court and a gymnasium. The complex also has mature, sub-tropical gardens and direct access to the beach.
AmenitiesThe accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. This is a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood. There is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife. Three kilometres along the coast is the Laguna Village which is a Balinese stye beach side shopping area with cafes, restaurants, small boutiques and an exclusive pool club.
