This luxurious, duplex penthouse apartment has a private roof top pool and magnificent sea views out to Gibraltar. It is located on a beachfront complex with two communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a gymnasium and direct access to the beach. Penthouse Granados Playas is located 13km from Estepona town centre and a fifteen minute drive to the glamorous resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
InteriorThis wonderful penthouse apartment is of a contemporary design, with high quality furnishings and it is fully air-conditioned throughout. The open plan living and dining room is light and spacious throughout and has a comfortable leather suite. The formal dining area has sliding patio doors leading to a covered balcony. This room has unsurpassed sea views, due to the incredible front-line location of this apartment. There is a separate, modern, fully-fitted kitchen with access to a utility room. Penthouse Granados Playa has three attractive bedrooms. Steps from the living room lead to the master bedroom, which is situated on the first floor. It has a double bed, a chaise-lounge, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the upper terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has twin beds and patio doors leading to a balcony. The other has a double bed, a dressing area, a fully-fitted en-suite bathroom and two sets of patio doors leading out to a private terrace, which has magnificent sea and coastal views.
ExteriorPatio doors from the living room lead out to the lower terrace, which has comfortable patio furniture, suitable for either dining or relaxing, whilst enjoying the most stunning views. The roof terrace can be accessed via patio doors in the master bedroom, or by a separate entrance at the top of the stairs from the living room. This huge terrace has a private plunge pool that is accessed via ladder steps, an outdoor shower and ample sun loungers. A large dining table, fridge, barbecue and food preparation area make the roof terrace an ideal place for entertaining in the warm evenings. Whilst a relaxing patio area provides a perfect place to relax and enjoy some of the most breathtaking views the Costa del Sol has to offer.
AmenitiesThe accommodation is located on the outskirts of Estapona, a lovely town which has a beautiful marina with a variety of international restaurants and bars. This is a working fishing port that has daily auctions for a choice of fresh seafood. There is also a weekly Sunday market held in the port. A twenty minute drive from Estapona is the Selwo Safari Park, where over two thousand animals can be seen living in semi-wild conditions. There are a large number of golf courses within the vicinity and the area is linked to the fabulous Puerto Banus, which offers an abundance of designer boutiques, restaurants and nightlife.
