This beautiful villa is in a rural location with spectacular scenery. Recently built in traditional Andalucian style, this villa offers an excellent standard of holiday accommodation. It is just a fifteen minute walk, or a five minute drive to the centre of Nerja, which has several beaches and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. There is also the added advantage of a separate, self-contained, annexe apartment.

Interior

This superb villa is spacious throughout and decorated using contemporary Spanish design. The open-plan living room is comfortably furnished and leads to a modern kitchen, with a breakfast table and a walk-in pantry. Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace. There is a second living room, which is known as ‘The Gallery’ due to picture windows, which offer wonderful views. This room has a seating area and a formal dining area. Villa Soraya has four bedrooms in the main house. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a double bed, patio doors leading to a terrace and access to a shower room. The second has twin beds and access to a shower room. On the lower ground floor is the master suite with an en-suite shower room plus a box room with a single bed. The annexe apartment can be accessed via steps outside the main villa. It has a living room with two single beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom, a kitchenette and a shower room. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. The villa can accommodate up to eleven people in the existing bedrooms, seven in the main house and four in the annex. Villa Soraya also benefits from air conditioning, included in the price, in the Gallery, kitchen and master bedroom and during the cooler winter months there is full gas central heating.

Exterior

The exterior of this villa is fabulous, with magnificent rural views and a feeling of tranquillity. Patio doors from the living room lead to a covered terrace with comfortable patio furniture, which provides welcome shade from the hot sun. There is a luxurious, sunken Jacuzzi where guests can relax and unwind with a cool drink, whilst enjoying the views. There is another terrace with a comfortable dining area and a barbecue, providing an idyllic setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. Both terraces overlook the impressive swimming pool, which measures 8x4 metres, is entered by integral steps and has an exquisite, feature fountain.

Amenities

The villa is only a five minute drive to the centre of Nerja. Nerja is set on a steep mountainside and is most famous for its “Balcon de Europa”. This is a fantastic viewpoint built on the side of a cliff with spectacular views to the sea. The town centre is lovely with whitewashed houses, cobblestone streets and a good choice of restaurants. From here you can also take a romantic horse carriage ride. There are several beaches along the coast of Nerja. The largest is Burriana beach which has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops and offers a wide range water sports.

Services

For guests staying longer then 7 days there is a weekly towel and linen change with a mini-clean. A refundable security deposit of £200/€300 is required on arrival, payable to the local manager.
