This lovely villa with its own private swimming pool is in an excellent location only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach. A large shopping centre with a cinema, shops and restaurants and golden lagoon beaches are only a fifteen minute walk from the villa. It is located next to the beautiful new Las Salinas Golf Course and is a few minutes drive to the popular resort of Caleta de Fuste with its varied excellent facilities.

Interior

This single storey villa is stylishly decorated throughout using warm Mediterranean colours. The modern, open plan living room has a comfortable dining area and two sets of French doors leading to the pool area. The independent kitchen is contemporary in design and is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday. The villa has three attractive, bright, spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to the pool area. The master bedroom has a double bed, a Playstation with TV screen and DVD player and a luxury en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room lead to the beautiful sun terrace, which overlooks the 9m x 4m private swimming pool accessed by ladders. The swimming pool is electrically heated from November through to April. There is also a small children’s pool and soft, artificial grass. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a barbeque, perfect for alfresco dining. Steps at the side of the villa lead to a private roof terrace. The steps are gated for extra safety when travelling with small children.

Amenities

This villa is located on the perimeter of the Salinas de Antigua 18 hole golf course, with the club house restaurant overlooking the green. For keen golfers who command variety, there is another 18- hole golf course next to Salinas Golf. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is a fifteen minute walk from the villa. Here guests can enjoy facilities such as bowling, restaurants and a multi-lingual cinema. There are also many shops and a large supermarket. The shopping centre leads down to a fantastic, shallow beach that is perfect for children. Guests can also use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities or book one of the therapeutic beauty treatments available at the 5* Sheraton Hotel that is only 1.5km away from the villa. The centre of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive from the villa, where there is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a picturesque marina offering a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools.
