This superb villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and provides a good quality accommodation for a memorable holiday in the sun. It is situated on a large 800 sq metre plot with a private swimming pool and well maintained, sub-tropical gardens. The villa is conveniently located on the perimeter of the PGA rated Salinas Golf Course and guests have full use of its facilities. A large shopping centre with entertainment and restaurants and golden lagoon beaches are only a fifteen minute walk from the villa.

Interior

This remarkable villa is of a stylish, modern and individual design. Its attractive rooms are accessed separately, via a central courtyard. The living room is light and spacious, with high ceilings, a formal dining area and a set of patio doors leading to the courtyard and another which leads to the pool area. The modern kitchen has a breakfast table and leads onto the courtyard and patio dining area. Villa Pimienta has three attractive bedrooms, with ceiling fans. The separate, large master suite has a double bed, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom, a Playstation with TV screen and patio doors leading to a small, private courtyard. Two triple bedrooms and a shower room are accessed together from the courtyard.

Exterior

At the centre of this luxury villa is a partially shaded courtyard, which has a beautiful patio dining suite, perfect for alfresco entertaining in the warm Canarian climate. Patio doors from the living room lead to the sunbathing terrace that surrounds the 9 x4 metre solar heated swimming pool, which is accessed via ladder steps and electrically heated from 1st November until 30th April. There is also a small childrens pool and soft, artificial grass. For added convenience, there is also a poolside shower and a barbecue provided for guests use. Steps at the side of the villa lead to a private roof terrace which offers breathtaking views of the sea and golf course. The steps are gated for extra safety when travelling with small children.

Amenities

This villa is located on the perimeter of the Salinas de Antigua 18 hole golf course, with the club house restaurant overlooking the green. For keen golfers who command variety, there is another 18 hole golf course next to Salinas Golf. The Atlantico Shopping Centre is a fifteen minute walk from the villa. Here guests can enjoy facilities such as bowling, restaurants and a multi-lingual cinema. There are also many shops and a large supermarket. The shopping centre leads down to a fantastic, shallow beach that is perfect for children. Guests can also use the fabulous Thalasso Spa facilities or book one of the therapeutic beauty treatments available at the 5* Sheraton Hotel that is only 1.5km away from the villa. The centre of Caleta de Fuste is a five minute drive from the villa, where there is a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a picturesque marina offering a selection of excellent water excursions and wind surfing schools.
