This fabulous villa is situated in a peaceful, rural location, yet it is just a ten minute drive to the beautiful town of Loulé, which has a variety of amenities. In the other direction a short drive takes you to the charming town of Almancil, which is famous for its superb restaurants. The wonderful beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo are within easy driving distance.

Interior

This superb villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, yet it still retains its Portuguese rustic charm. The beautiful living room has stylish rattan sofas and through an archway is the formal dining area. The separate kitchen is spacious and modern. Villa Luiza has three delightful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other has a double bed with a single bunk bed on top which would be suitable for a family or children.

Exterior

The exterior of this villa is very private and set in large grounds with mature, sub-tropical gardens. There is a beautiful covered terrace with patio dining furniture and a barbecue with food preparation area, making this villa a perfect venue for al fresco dining in the warm evenings. A couple of steps lead down to the fabulous sun bathing terrace and swimming pool, which measures 9 x 5 metres and is entered via integral steps. The pool can be electrically heated as an optional extra and should be pre-booked at the time of reserving your villa. Steps at the side of the villa lead to a private sun bathing terrace, which offers the most breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

Amenities

Villa Luiza is just outside the historic town of Loulé, where there is a selection of shops, traditional bars, restaurants and a supermarket. On Saturday there is a street market, with locals selling many items, including gifts and souvenirs. It is less than a ten minute drive to the town of Almancil, which is known for its remarkable restaurants and friendly locals. The area surrounding the villa offers miles of world class golf courses, suitable for any level of player. The fabulous resort of Vale de Lobo, which has a seemingly endless, white, sandy beach, is less than a twenty minute drive. Here there are a selection of exclusive beach bars and restaurants, with live music in the evenings. A little more than a twenty minute drive takes you to the prestigious resort of Vilamoura with its stylish and sophisticated marina. It is lined with an abundant choice of pavement cafes, international restaurants and bars, as well as fabulous, designer boutiques. Excellent marine excursions leave from here, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting.

Services

For this villa there is a maid service once a week and a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than one week there is also a weekly linen change.Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £200 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
