This fabulous villa is light and spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. It is located in the exclusive Dunas Douradas resort, which is famous for having the finest selection of beach bars on its fabulous, golden, sandy dunes. The resort is in the centre of the Golden Triangle, in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and is the perfect location to soak up the sun in style.

Interior

This impressive, two-storey villa has been luxuriously decorated throughout using high-quality, modern furnishings. On the ground floor, the large living room has a feature, floodlit brick ceiling and three sets of patio doors which lead to the pool area. An archway from the living room leads to the formal dining area, which can seat eight on its beautiful leather chairs. The kitchen is contemporary in design, with all of the latest appliances. Villa Amalia has four stylish bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio door leading to a terrace, the other has twin beds and an adjacent shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and two sets of patio doors open out to the shared, covered balcony. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Steps at the side of the balcony lead up to the roof terrace, which offers spectacular views of the surrounding area and golden sand dunes. This villa can accommodate eight people in the existing bedrooms and a further child under twelve on a fold away bed.

Exterior

A warm terracotta terrace surrounds the swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps and can be heated during cooler months at an extra charge. Beautifully landscaped, sub-tropical gardens and lush green lawns offer a good level of privacy for sun bathing. The covered terrace offers a choice of seating areas, including comfortable sofas and cushions. A dining area with built in gas barbecue and food preparation area presents the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

This beautiful villa is located on the exclusive resort of Dunas Douradas on the magnificent coastline, a five minute drive between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and is set in a spectacular pine forest. Dunas Douradas boasts a superb roman style swimming pool, tennis courts, a five star restaurant and mini-market. The exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, home to the jet set, offers visitors an excellent choice of designer boutiques and trendy restaurants with a sophisticated atmosphere. The resort has a beautiful, sandy beach, bordered by red sandstone cliffs, with beach bars and cafes overlooking it. Quinta do Lago offers superb facilities in beautiful surroundings of wide beaches, rolling dunes and lagoons of the nature reserve. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the famous resort of Vilamoura, a top-class tourist resort with a marina, golf courses, hotels and luxury accommodation. A wide choice of marine excursions leave from here including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting.

Services

For this villa there is a maid service five times a week and a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than one week there is also a weekly linen change.Clients are required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500 in cash to the local manager upon arrival.
