This excellent, single-storey villa is located within a peaceful area of the exclusive Santa Maria development in Mellieha. This picturesque village has a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and it is only a five minute drive to the best sandy beach in Malta.

Interior

This charming and traditional property is light and airy throughout. The living room has comfortable sofas and an archway leading to a formal dining area, which has patio doors leading to the pool area. The separate kitchen has modern appliances and a breakfast table. Il Quasab has three delightful bedrooms, which all have the option of refreshing air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds and share a family bathroom. There is also a separate shower room.

Exterior

Patio doors from the dining room lead out to the beautiful terrace which has plenty of sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the warm sunshine. The terrace has lovely views of the surrounding area and down the valley with the sea and Mellieha Bay in the distance. Patio dining furniture and a barbecue provide the ideal setting for al fresco dining, whilst enjoying a cool, refreshing drink. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4.7 metres and can be entered via integral steps. There is also a shallow children’s pool at one end.

Amenities

Il Quasab is situated in the north west of Malta in the exclusive and sought after Santa Maria Estate, on the edge of Mellieha. Mellieha is one of Malta’s most picturesque hilltop villages, while the town has now developed into a resort; it has managed to retain its rural character. Within the village are a choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The Santa Maria Estate is a noted for its large private villas and houses which have been built on land overlooking Mellieha Bay, which is about three kilometres away from the village and boasts the longest beach on Malta with clean, shallow water ideal for families with small children.

There is a weekly maid service for clients staying more than 7 nights. Please note that air conditioning is an optional extra and is payable locally.

Car Requirements

It is essential to hire a car on this fascinating island. The roads are good and every kilometre brings a new and interesting surprise. We can supply a good selection of hire cars or jeeps.
