Villa Aurelia is a fabulous villa located within a peaceful area of the exclusive Santa Maria development in Mellieha. This picturesque village has a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and it is only a five minute drive to the best sandy beach in Malta.

Interior

This excellent property has ultra modern furnishings and it is very spacious throughout. The large living room has luxurious sofas and a formal dining area which seats up to eight people. Patio doors lead to the terrace and swimming pool. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Villa Aurelia has four beautiful, fully air conditioned bedrooms, which are all located on the first floor.Each bedroom has its own cable television. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms and the fourth bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom located on the ground floor. Villa Aurelia will accommodate 8 people in the existing bedrooms and a further 2 children on fold-a-way beds or 2 infants in cots. An added feature of this wonderful property is its games room, which is located on the lower ground floor; it includes a pool table, table tennis, table football and air-hockey.

Exterior

The grounds of this amazing villa are very private. There is a barbecue area with patio dining furniture, perfect for al fresco entertaining in the warm evenings when romantic lighting creates a tranquil setting. A few steps lead down to the large sunbathing terrace, which surrounds the huge, 45 sqm electrically heated swimming pool.

Amenities

Villa Aurelia is ideally situated in the north west of Malta in the exclusive and sought after Santa Maria Estate, on the edge of Mellieha. Mellieha is one of Malta’s most picturesque hilltop villages, while the town has now developed into a resort; it has managed to retain its rural character. Within the village are a choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a shopping centre. The Santa Maria Estate is a noted for its large private villas and houses which have been built on land overlooking Mellieha Bay, which is about three kilometres away from the village and boasts the longest beach on Malta with clean, shallow water ideal for families with small children.

Services

There is a mid week maid service with towel and linen change. Please note that due to the villa location it is considered not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.A refundable security deposit of £500 or 500€ cash is required to be paid locally to the managers.
