This excellent villa is in a very a charming, rural setting with wide views of the countryside and the nearby mountains. It is on the edge of the traditional, Canarian village of Villa Verde and is within a few minutes walking distance to the nearest restaurant and supermarket. Only a fifteen-minute drive takes you to the beautiful, unspoilt, lagoon beach at El Cotillo or to the famous dune beaches outside Corralejo. It has a large roof terrace, perfect for private and naturist sunbathing.

Interior

Villa Pandora is a lovely, two storey and very spacious villa, offering very high quality, holiday accommodation. It is light, bright and stylishly decorated throughout. There is a large living room with a beautiful, high wood ceiling, CD player, a 38” flat screen, satellite TV, a DVD player and patio doors to the terrace. The dining room is partially separated from the living area and has seating for eight. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, full oven, ceramic hob, microwave, a coffee machine and a serving hatch to the dining room. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine. Villa Pandora has four good-sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. There are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with twin beds, sharing a shower room. The villa is equipped with a central vacuum system, two electric fans and two electric heaters.

Exterior

Doors from the living room lead to the large, south-facing garden, which has views over the surrounding countryside. A sun-bathing terrace, with eight sun beds, surrounds the heated, kidney shaped swimming pool. It measures 5x3 metres at its widest points and is entered by roman steps. Al fresco dining furniture is paced in a protected sun trap and provides an idyllic venue for relaxing meals in the warm, Fuerteventura climate. This villa benefits from a roof terrace with excellent rural views. It is surrounded by a high wall and is ideal for private sunbathing.

Amenities

Villa Verde is a traditional Canarian village just a ten-minute drive from the fabulous dune beaches at Corralejo and the same distance to the fantastic, unspoilt surfing beaches at El Cotillo. On the other side of the village of El Cotillo are stunning, aquamarine, lagoon beaches, far from the main tourism of the island. The village of Villa Verde has several restaurants, bars, a supermarket and two small country hotels which serving excellent cuisine. The location is perfect for clients wanting a peaceful holiday but where amenities of a resort and fantastic beaches are only a short drive away. Corralejo is a ten minute drive and is the main resort in the North of Fuerteventura. It has a huge, new water park, a market, and an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also the location of the world famous dune beaches which, as well as being stunning places to bathe, are also very popular with naturists, windsurfers and kite-surfers. The island’s only golf course is a 30 minute drive away in Caleta de Fuste. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes.
