This modern villa is situated in an elevated position, in large, private grounds with mature gardens and provides some of the most unbeatable views of Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline. It is just a short walk downhill to the resort centre, amenities and fabulous beaches.

Interior

Villa Cosima is a spacious, two-storey villa with an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen situated on the ground floor. Two sets of patio doors from the dining area lead out to a raised terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool. Also on this floor, there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to a terrace. Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a balcony. The third bedroom has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and access to the balcony through patio doors on the adjacent landing. Villa Cosima benefits from having air conditioning in the three bedrooms which is an optional extra, paid locally.

Exterior

This villa is located on a large plot and its mature, sub-tropical gardens ensure privacy. Patio doors from the dining area lead out to a raised terrace which provides fabulous sea views and has a shaded al fresco dining area. A few steps lead down to the large sunbathing terrace and impressive 9 x 4 metre swimming pool, which can be entered via ladder steps.

Amenities

A short stroll downhill leads to the centre of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A short coastal drive leads to the lively resort of Paphos, which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service.Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating) if required are charged for at a supplement of EUR €5.00 per unit per day, payable locally.
