Villa Cipres is a beautiful and stylish villa, well furnished and very well presented. Privacy and seclusion are almost guaranteed with entry via electric security gates and the villa is well sited on a double plot ensuring privacy from its neighbours. Elegantly furnished, the exterior is also very attractive with a large heatable pool, separate splash pool, quality outdoor furnishings and delightful gardens. It is just a stroll from Vale do Lobo shopping centre, golf clubhouse and the new spa and beauty treatment centre with the beach just a little further on. This villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout which is included in the price of the villa.
InteriorThis superb villa has been decorated to a very high standard and provides spacious and modern holiday accommodation. The large, comfortably furnished living room has a wall mounted, flat screen TV, a fireplace and doors leading out to a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a separate, formal dining room with an attractive vaulted ceiling and patio doors to the terrace. The delightful rustic-style kitchen has a unique indoor barbecue, a huge range cooker, a breakfast table and family snug with TV that plays DVDs only, making it ideal for keeping the smaller children amused. Villa Cipres has five beautifully decorated bedrooms and five bathrooms. The fabulous master suite is on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a lovely bathroom, featuring a bath and separate shower stall finished in Travino stone. A few steps lead down from the bedroom to a comfortable sitting area with patio doors to a large, private, furnished terrace with views over the pool and garden. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor. One is a double bedroom with twin mattresses and an en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms with twin beds each have either an en-suite or adjacent shower room and one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower.
ExteriorDoors from the living room lead out to out to a superb, large covered terrace, which provides a relaxing al fresco living space. It has a sitting area furnished with comfortable, rattan chairs and sofas, a large dining area and a traditional outdoor barbecue. A few steps lead down to the large 11x5 metre swimming pool which is entered by roman steps and can be heated for a supplementary charge. Two steps lead up to a separate child’s splash pool, to be used under adult supervision. The pools are surrounded by an extensive sun terrace and very attractive, secluded gardens. There is also a courtyard at the rear of the villa which provides a private seating area. The pool heating is an optional extra and available at a supplementary charge.
AmenitiesVilla Cipres is well located in the centre of Vale do Lobo and just a stroll from the Vale do Lobo Shopping Plaza and the golf clubhouse. From here it is just a short walk to the famous Praca with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes and the beach access. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. The Tennis Academy in the resort has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels. Vale do Lobo has fantastic beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international cuisine. The fantastic golden sand beach is backed by red sandstone cliffs and washed by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean every day. Less than a ten minute drive away is the exclusive shopping and dining in Quinta do Lago with its sophisticated atmosphere. Also within a 10 minute drive is the horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. For traditional water sports head into Quinta do Lago for wind surfing, jet skis, pedaloes and sailing on both the lake and the lagoon. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks with the nearest one being at Vilasol and several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
