Casa Potes is a splendid and stylish villa, beautifully furnished and very well presented. Set in mature, private gardens, in a sought after location in Vale de Lobo, this property offers superb holiday accommodation. It is just 1 kilometre from the beautiful, golden beach and the Praca, the famous beachside centre and just a stroll from the Tennis Academy which both feature restaurants and bars. This fabulous, Algarve villa benefits from air-conditioning, a music-sound system throughout the house and has the added benefit of a games room with a pool table, table tennis and table football.

Interior

This fabulous villa is set on three floors. It is elegantly decorated to a high standard and provides very spacious and modern holiday accommodation, with the warm, sophisticated atmosphere of the Algarve. The large, well furnished living room has a fireplace, cable TV, an archway leading to a formal dining room and large, patio doors leading to the swimming pool and garden. There is a very spacious, fully-fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and a doors to a balcony. Casa Potes has five beautifully decorated bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master suite is on the first floor. It has a bedroom with king-size bed, TV, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom, with a Jacuzzi bath and a shower. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom to a large, terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the upper terrace. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. One has a double bed, the other has twin beds and they each have a TV, there’s also a seating area, a full bathroom and doors to the lower terrace, with a ramp up to the swimming pool and entrance level. The games and activities room is on the lower ground floor, with table tennis, a pool table, table football and TV with DVD player which can be used for playing music as well as movies.

Exterior

Doors from the living room lead out to out to a superb, large, covered terrace, which provides a relaxing al fresco living space in which to enjoy the marvelous Algarve climate. It has a shaded dining and sitting area, a traditional, outdoor barbecue and plenty of loungers on which to soak up the sun. This lovely setting is made complete by the 9x5 meter swimming pool, which is entered by roman steps and can be heated for a supplementary charge.

Amenities

Casa Potes is in a central location within Vale do Lobo, many will find it a reasonable walk to the restaurants and bars at the Praca and beach or to the “Vale do Lobo Shopping” plaza, although you will need a car for stocking up at the supermarket. Just a short walk from the Tennis Academy which offer a range of sporting facilities and spa treatments for which a fee will be payable, there’s also a restaurant and friendly bar . The resort of Vale do Lobo is situated on a spectacular stretch of coastline, set in glorious umbrella pine woodland with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. There’s a respected Tennis Academy in the resort which has first-class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels. It’s also the venue for the annual Masters Senior Tennis Tournament held every summer and starring many of your favourite players of yesteryear. The fantastic golden sandy beach is backed by red sandstone cliffs and washed by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean every day. The beach side centre or Praca as it’s known is the location for a fantastic selection of restaurants offering traditional and international cuisine, cafes and several bars. Popular with families and justifiably so, you can relax in the evenings and dine whilst your children have space to play between courses. Next to the Praca is the crèche and nursery where the facilities and qualified staff are available by the hour and a crazy golf course for all to enjoy. With exclusive shopping in the “Vale do Lobo Shopping” plaza and a wonderful spa and treatment centre there’s everything you need right on the doorstep. Less than a ten minute drive away is more exclusive shopping and dining in the Quinta do Lago Shopping Plaza with its sophisticated atmosphere, the resort of Quinta do Lago has extensive watersports facilities, wind surfing, jet skis, pedaloes and sailing on the lake and at the beach and there are 4 championship golf courses. Also within a 10 minute drive is the horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks with the nearest one is Aquashow at Vilasol, several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.
