This very attractive, beautifully maintained townhouse is situated in a fantastic, much sought after location. It has private gardens and magnificent views from both the front terrace and even more spectacularly from the roof terrace. It is just a short stroll from a beautiful, golden, sandy beach and the Praca, the famous, beachside centre. Here there is a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, set around a traditional square. This villa offers superb holiday accommodation in an excellent location for a traditional, family, beach holiday with everything within strolling distance.
InteriorVista Bonita has a very well-furnished and comfortable living room, with fireplace, reclining sofas and views through the patio doors, to the garden and sea. It Is equipped with Sky satellite, LCD TV, DVD and stereo. There is a small yet well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Bela Vista has two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and en suite shower room. Vista Bonita also benefits from air conditioning which is included in the price.
ExteriorFrom the twin bedroom, there is a secure door and steps up to a private roof terrace, furnished with a dining area and sun beds. It provides spectacular views of the sea and along the coast. At ground level there's a delightful garden with a small lawn and a furnished dining area, complete with barbecue for relaxed al fresco meals, with views over the beautiful grounds and to the sea.
AmenitiesVista Bonita is in a delightful landscaped cul-de-sac setting, very close to the Praca for shops, restaurants and the main beach access. Below the villas, the large Vale do Lobo communal pool, located by the sea, can be used by villa guests for a charge. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest. Two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal, together with a clubhouse, are within a short walk of the townhouses. The Tennis Academy in the resort has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels. Vale do Lobo has fantastic beach bars and cafes, offering traditional and international cuisine. The fantastic, golden, sand beach is backed by red sandstone cliffs and washed by the aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Less than a ten minute drive away Quinta do Lago offers exclusive shopping and dining in a very sophisticated atmosphere. Also within a 10 minute drive is a horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. Traditional water sports are offered in Quinta do Lago and includee wind surfing, jet skis, pedaloes and sailing on both the lake and the lagoon. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks, the nearest one is at Vilasol and several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants, as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Car RequirementsAs you can walk to almost all the amenities in Vale do Lobo is car is not required, however you may need a taxi for supermarket shopping, for restaurants and attractions outside Vale do Lobo.
