With beautiful surroundings and sensational sea and mountain views, this spacious holiday villa is just a short distance from the harbour of Latchi, Polis town and the Akamas National park. This charming property is white washed with blue shutters and is situated in a wonderful position in the village of Prodromi, perfect for those seeking a rural retreat in authentic Cyprus.

Interior

This exquisite villa is elegantly decorated to a high standard throughout. The living room is open plan, with a traditional feature archway leading through to the formal dining area and kitchen. Both rooms have large picture windows and French doors, allowing natural light to pour in and offer lovely views. Villa Remus has three attractive bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor. It has a double bed, large French doors leading to the terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool and has an en-suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and is suitable for a family. It comfortably fits a double bed and two single beds and has patio doors leading to a balcony, which offers fabulous sea and mountain views. The third bedroom has a double bed and also has patio doors leading to a balcony with excellent views. Both of these bedrooms share a fully fitted family bathroom. This villa has the added benefit of air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, which is included in the rental rate. There are also two further air conditioning units located in the living room and kitchen area, which can be booked and paid for locally.

Exterior

French doors from the living room lead to a dining terrace, which is an ideal place to sit and take in the most amazing views and watch a romantic sunset. The large swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is of an ‘infinity’ design, with its water cascading into a children's paddling pool at lower garden level. A fabulous feature of this villa’s exterior is the large poolside bar and food preparation area; this along with the built in, traditional barbecue, provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining in the warm climate.

Amenities

This beautiful region with its breathtaking views over miles of picturesque valleys makes this a wonderful setting for a villa holiday. This area also provides a variety of road-side restaurants and taverns offering everything from traditional Greek food to international cuisine. The Goudi valley is located near the larger town of Polis, which offers an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars. Following the coastline to the west lies the village of Latchi with its harbour and excellent fish restaurants. Small boats can be hired and vessels offering coastal excursions can also be found there. Diving and snorkelling are also available in Latchi. Just past the village of Latchi is the popular tourist attraction known as the baths of Aphrodite. The sporting and adventure facilities are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and sea fishing.
