Villa Flora is a very attractive holiday villa, set in delightful grounds with flat lawns and surrounded by mature trees for privacy and dappled shade. It is in the charming Quadradinhos area of Vale do Lobo, within strolling distance is a very good restaurant, the supermarket and Vale do Lobo Shopping plaza, golf clubhouse and the health and beauty spa. It is also within reasonable walking distance of the beachside shopping and dining centre at the Praca and access to the fabulous sandy beach. Barrington’s Country Club is nearby, where there is a choice of leisure and sporting activities including a world class Golf academy with a driving range, swimming pools, a health and beauty spa, bars and restaurants.
InteriorThis two-storey, attractively furnished and well-presented villa, offers comfortable, holiday accommodation in a lovely setting. It has a spacious living room with a dining area, a fireplace and patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the swimming pool. There is a large, modern fully-fitted kitchen with all modern applianeces for a self catering holiday. Villa Flora has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper floor with doors to a large sunny roof terrace overlooking the pool and an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower stall. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin beds. One has an en-suite shower room and doors to the garden. Two have doors to the terrace and share the family bathroom.This villa has a portable air-conditioning unit for clients use.
ExteriorDoors from the living room lead out to the large, partially shaded terrace beside the 12x6 meter swimming pool, which is accessed by steps in the shallow end. Set in very pretty and secluded gardens with shade from mature trees it is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing and the dining terrace with built-in barbecue beside the pool provides a romantic setting for hours of al fresco relaxation in the glorious Algarve climate.
AmenitiesVilla Flora is well located, in the Quadradinhos area of Vale do Lobo, where there is a very good restaurant at the heart of the community and the supermarket is a stroll away. From the southern side of the community it is a five minute walk to the Vale do Lobo Shopping Plaza, which features boutiques, a good wine merchant, the health and beauty spa and the golf clubhouse. A 10 minute walk down Avenida do Mar along the shaded walkway is the famous Praca with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, boutiques, cafes and access to the beautiful beach. The resort is situated on spectacular coastline and set in a glorious pine forest with two superb 18-hole golf courses, the Ocean and the Royal. Barrington's Country Club offers weekly or daily membership giving access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, bars and restaurants, a health&beauty spa, leisure and sporting activities including a Golf academy with driving range. The Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy in the resort has first class facilities and offers tennis lessons for all levels as well as court hire. Less than a ten minute drive away is exclusive shopping and dining in Quinta do Lago with a sophisticated atmosphere. “Quinta Shopping” and “Bouganvillea Plaza” offer a wide choice of classy boutiques as well as bustling restaurants and cafes, which are very popular with families. For traditional water sports head into Quinta do Lago where, near the beach is a large lake where a variety of watersports are available including windsurfing, sailing and pedaloes can be hired. There is also a well sited restaurant café at the water’s edge where you can relax and watch the activities. Also within a 10 minute drive is the horse riding centre and a Go-Kart track. A fifteen minute drive takes you to the resort of Vilamoura and its bustling marina and a variety of marine excursions, including big game fishing, charter yachts and dolphin spotting. Vilamoura is best known for its golf courses of which there are five. This area also has a number of water parks with the nearest one, Aquashow at Vilasol, several others can be found on the N 125 heading west. A twenty-five minute drive west takes you to the small town of Guia, famous for its authentic chicken piri-piri and seafood restaurants as well as some nearby fantastic sandy cove beaches. The Zoo-Marine theme park near Armacao da Pera has a number of family friendly rides, sea-life shows and there is the opportunity to swim with dolphins.
ServicesMaid service is provided five times a week with a mid week towel change. For guests staying longer than one week there is also a weekly linen change.
