This attractive villa has been recently renovated to offer a contemporary interior whilst built in the traditional Maltese style, using local honey coloured sand stone. It is located in the countryside, on the outskirts of Marsascala and Zejtun, offering a peaceful and relaxing villa holiday in Malta.With the added advantage of having optional air conditioning and optional internet connection, Villa Sunset is a great choice for a villa holiday.

Interior

This traditional Maltese villa has a living room with formal dining area and patio doors leading to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, a breakfast table and also has patio doors leading to the terrace. Villa Sunset has five attractive bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and the two remaining bedrooms both have twin beds and share a family bathroom. This villa has the added benefit of optional air conditioning, which can be booked and paid for locally. Villa Sunset can accommodate 10 people in the existing bedrooms and a further 2 children under 12 years of age on fold-a-way beds.

Exterior

Patio doors from the living room and kitchen lead out to the sunbathing terrace, where patio dining furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers, make this a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the fabulous Maltese climate and dine al fresco. The large, 7 x7 metre lake-style swimming pool also has a Jacuzzi area, which seats up to 10 people.The local managers can also hire out beach/pool towels for a small charge- please contact us for prices. The property is sat within 3000 square metres of gardens where the owners grow fresh vegetables that can be used by clients and there is also a chicken loft where you can collect fresh eggs.

Amenities

Villa Sunset is situated in the traditional village of Zejtun in the south-east of Malta, on top of a hill which overlooks the harbour of Marsaxlokk and the bays of Saint Thomas and Marsascala. Local bars and restaurants can be found in the village and in the nearby picturesque harbour guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine or take boat trips to the famous Blue Grotto caves. The surrounding area is also rich in historic sites and is an excellent base from which to discover Malta.

For guests staying longer than seven nights there is a weekly maid service. An extra mid week clean can be arranged at an extra cost- please contact us for prices.
