This villa is located in a pleasant residential area of similar, good quality villas in the sought after resort of Coral Bay with its many bars, restaurants and sandy beaches and mini-golf only a short walk away. The lively resort of Paphos, with its charming picturesque harbour area is only a ten minute drive along the coast. This is an excellent choice for a memorable family holiday in a very convenient location, close to the sea. For larger groups and families Villa Paola is nearby.
InteriorThis light and airy, two storey villa has been well decorated and comfortably furnished. It has an attractive open plan living room, a dining area with patio doors to the terrace and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. Villa Zeus has three bedrooms with air conditioning, included in the cost of the villa. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto a furnished terrace with views to the sea. There is a bedroom with twin beds, an en-suite shower room and it shares the balcony with the master bedroom. The third is a bedroom is on the ground floor. It has twin beds and an en-suite bath room.
ExteriorPatio doors from the villa lead out to a sun terrace, which surrounds the attractive, kidney shaped 8 x 3metre swimming pool which is entered by ladder steps. The terrace is equipped with sun beds, patio dining furniture and a barbecue, making an idyllic venue for al fresco dining in the wonderful Cyprus climate.
AmenitiesVilla Zeus is a ten minute walk from the centre of Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with a beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Within the resort is a small amusement arcade, mini-golf and nearby are go-carting, horse riding, a Bird Park and a Reptile Park offering fun for all the family. The traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia is a 5 minute drive away and has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight from the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast. A frequent bus service runs every 30 – 40 minutes from near the villas or a five minute drive takes you into lively Paphos which is rich in night life, shopping and a wealth of Cypriot and international cuisine. The picturesque old harbour area of Paphos is a relaxing place to sit over a meal while watching the beautiful yachts come and go. There are many marine excursions leaving from here and nearby the famous Aphrodite Water Park is a superb attraction for family days out. The sporting and adventure facilities in the area are endless and include exciting jeep safaris, balloon flights and deep sea diving.
