This is an excellent, modern and spacious holiday villa in a very convenient location. It is just a 10 minute drive to the tourist resort of Protoras, home to the famous Fig Tree bay and the stunning, golden beach. The resort has an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, bars and taverns and is located near to numerous delightful villages and beauty spots. Air-conditioning is available in the villa for an extra charge.

Interior

This lovely villa has been stylishly furnished to provide a high standard of holiday accommodation. It has a spacious, open-plan living room furnished with Italian, leather sofas, a formal dining area and a flat screen TV. There are patio doors leading to the swimming pool and terrace. The separate, modern, fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast table and is well equipped for holiday catering. There is a utility room and a guest cloakroom located on the ground floor. Villa Anastasia has three attractive bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. A bedroom with twin beds and one with a double bed share a connecting balcony and a bathroom with a shower.

Exterior

Patio doors from the villa lead out to a sun terrace, which surrounds the large, private pool. This measures 9x4 metres and is entered by ladder steps. There is an al fresco dining area, with a barbecue and furniture paced on a shaded terrace out of the hot Cypriot sun. This villa benefits from off road parking.

This lovely villa is located a 10 minute drive from the tourist resort of Protoras. It is situated between Cape Greco and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of Sandy Beach. Protaras is surrounded by a fabulous selection of beaches, known to be some of the best on the entire island, many of which have been accredited blue flag status due to their outstanding quality. The villa is also centrally located between the popular resort of Ayai Napa and Nissi Beach. The resort offers a wide choice of shops, nightclubs, bars, taverns and restaurants, including open-air seafood restaurants serving delicious, fresh fish. For an authentic taste of Cyprus, try a village meze at a restaurant with a locally inspired menu. From the vibrant tourist hub of Ayia Napa to the secluded beauty of Cape Greco, the area surrounding Protaras is scattered with worthwhile holiday excursions, enchanting villages and beauty spots, which are all accessible by car, bus and foot. Other nearby attractions include Ayia Napa water park and the Cape Greho aquarium and light show.

Services

There is a weekly maid service and a mid weekly towel change. Air-Conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and is charged for at a supplement of EUR €5.00 per unit per day, payable locally.
