This is a charming, converted farmhouse with beautiful views over the picturesque, surrounding countryside. The property is located in a quiet alleyway, 500 metres from a café, bar and supermarket in the small village of Kercem, one of Gozo’s most unspoilt and charming locations. It is only 1.5 kilometres from Victoria, the capital of the island, with it’s and 3.5 kilometres from the fishing village of Xlendi, with it’s sea front fish restaurants and beach.

Interior

This excellent property is perfect for a relaxing holiday in a delightful setting. It has been lovingly converted and furnished using attractive antiques and modern, comfortable furnishings. The comfortable living room overlooks the swimming pool and has views over the countryside and the fully fitted kitchen has a dining table. There is a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Da il Rosina has four attractive bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. One the first floor there is another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony with lovely views. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one of which has patio doors to a terrace and they share a full bathroom.

Exterior

Doors lead out from the living room to the sun terrace which surrounds the kidney shaped swimming pool. This measures 8x4.5 metres and is accessed by roman steps. This attractive area incorporates an al fresco dining area with a barbecue, which can be romantically lit in the warm Gozitan evenings.

Amenities

The small Gozitan village of Kercem is just 1.5 kilometres from Victoria, the historical capital of Gozo, and is surrounded by magnificent green scenery. The village has a population of about 1,700. Although there are no restaurants in Kercem itself, you will find a good selection of café, bars and restaurants in Victoria and the nearby seafront village of Xlendi. Victoria, with its magnificent basilica and its labyrinth of tiny streets, is brimming with character. Just off of the main square in Victoria, you can enjoy the Gozo 360 sound and vision presentation and be transported across the island's countryside and the centuries. Xlendi, a small fishing village popular with tourists, is one of the islands ideal spots for bathing and diving. Munxar and its surrounding area is known for its spectacular sunsets over the crystal waters and is ideal for relaxing walks.
